Parking in the driveway in front of Guest House. Beautiful views of the sunrise and downtown Ft. Myers.
My place is close to Downtown Ft. Myers which offers lots of restaurants, shopping & entertainment. Also close to the Caloosa Convention Center and Ampitheater. I’m 25 minutes away from RSW airport & Punta Gorda airport. You will love my place because of the views and ambiance of the outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Kay was very welcoming, and the river view was entrancing! We spent hours reading, sipping tea, and having dinner while enjoying the breeze and the view.

Great Place in the heart of Ft Myers

Close but far enough away to relax. It’s set on the river with great views and Kay is a great host. Can’t go wrong with this little gem!

Florida trip for Birthday

Beautiful sunrise and sunset on the water! Very close to downtown Fort Myers just over the bridge for all kinds of fun and restaurants.

Great Ft Myers Getaway...

Kay's guesthouse was the perfect base for our Ft Myers getaway. It was clean and comfortable, with an amazing view. We loved our time there and would highly recommend!

Peace and quiet in Ft. Myers

Summer Getaway

We were very comfortable at Kay’s vrbo. We had an AC issue and she went out that night and got a new one. She wasn’t able to get it hooked up to the following day but she did the best she could ,wasn’t her fault it failed 
. We would definitely consider staying again if we visit area in the future. We had a good time visiting with her also .

Very nice

Great for those sightseers that don't spend much time there. Beautiful yard and view of the river and the bridges to downtown Fort Meyers. Kay was nice to work with.

Absolutely lovely with great views. Very quiet neighborhood.

Anyone would be happy staying at this charming place. Host adds a personal touch making it even more special. You can sit outside with awesome water views

Beautiful Cottage

This cottage was just as nice if not better than depicted in the photos. It was so clean, adorably cute with a super comfortable bed. Kay is an awesome hostess. She is attentive and always responds quickly. This rental will not disappoint you.

Fort Myers retreat
