Venez vivre des journées magiques à notre complexe Barra Villa, réputé pour son atmosphère sophistiquée et ludique. La station se compose de 8 beaux appartements et studios.

Studio à l'étage supérieur - Suite joliment décorée offrant suffisamment de place pour un fauteuil-lit supplémentaire pour une troisième personne - Coin salon séparé dans le salon / chambre à coucher pour passer d'agréables soirées - Cuisine privée avec coin repas et salle de bain privée - Du romantisme à l'état ensoleillé!

Miami Suite est un studio spacieux. Nous avons un petit espace supplémentaire de salon dans la zone séjour et chambre à coucher. Dans cette salle, vous pourrez également profiter de la vue depuis une baie vitrée donnant directement sur le jardin exotique et les magnifiques environs. Avec le tableau de télévision amovible, vous pouvez choisir de écouter de la musique ou un film dans le salon ou au lit.

En raison de sa nature spacieuse, notre suite de Miami est parfaite pour une petite famille avec des enfants. Bien entendu, la suite Miami est équipée d’un berceau, de draps et de couvertures, d’une chaise haute pour bébé et de serviettes pour bébé. En outre, le studio comprend un fauteuil-lit supplémentaire pour une troisième personne (adulte).

La cuisine est très spacieuse aussi. Vous trouverez une table de cuisine généreuse, un banc et des chaises en osier. Toute la zone est confortable et accueillante.

Dans la salle de bain, vous trouverez une douche et suffisamment de serviettes. Bien sûr, il y a aussi des draps et des couvertures dans la chambre.

Nous aimerions accueillir tous les visiteurs nouvellement amoureux, en lune de miel ou ceux qui sont amoureux depuis longtemps! La suite de Miami est le refuge parfait pour vous!

The host and property manager were extremely accommodating to all of my questions about the property. It is a quaint suite in an older "colonial" style property which was extremely clean and well supplied with everything one would need for cooking and living. Couldn't ask for any better.

Great location and pool was nice

Take location is great for walking downtown to bars restaurants. Our suite worked out nicely for three adult women. The electric cords all over did worry us

Such an old house requires a little creativity in terms of electricity supply to each apartment, but there is no need to worry in this regard, as all our apartments are regularly checked ;) However, it is great to hear that you had a good time and we thank you for your feedback.

Perfect hideaway

I stayed here for a week while in town for a baseball tournament. It was roomy for me and having a kitchen allowed my to cook at home most of the time. It is a 10 min walk to the entertainment center of Ft Meyers for some fun times. The property was quiet and the pool was a great escape as well. I’ll book again.

Very good location good accomadations. Toshiba stand alone AC unit was loud throught the stay. Although you kind of get used to it.

Cute, comfy and convenient!

I loved the Miami Suite! It was plenty of room for myself and my travel partner. It was chilly in the suite, as the temps were in the 50s at night. As long as we ran the space heater provided and kept the door shut it was cozy and warm! There were plenty of linens and the space was very clean and accommodating. The property manager was so nice and made herself available if we needed her. Highly recommend and likely will book again.

Great location

This is a charming house in an excellent location - walking distance to downtown and many good restaurants. The apartment is a bit strangely laid out, with a large kitchen but only one light (an overhead), and a BR that serves also as TV room and living room. There were "Sugar Ants" (or Ghost Ants) in the K and Bathroom, and I understand it is a house-wide problem. Not a show stopper though if you want a fine location, with pool and a nice front porch with rockers.

Great price, great stay

The stay was perfect for me. I was looking for something minimal since most of my time would be spent at the beach. It had everything I needed for my stay. Washer, dryer, and a pool! Clean and cute. Perfect distance to Fort Myers Beach and Matlacha and Downtown Fort Myers also has a decent amount to offer! I will be back!

Immaculate!

Everything was as pictured! Very clean and comfy. Management was great owner was responsive and accommodating. I had to add another day to my stay last minute and they helped me add it within the hour! Would definitely recommend this hidden gem and definitely plan on returning! Loved the Miami Suite! The room was just as advertised. It was clean and neat. The only problems were a loose toilet seat, a noisy air-conditioner, and that the shower water took a long time to warm up. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay!
