Luxueuse villa entiÚrement modélisée à Fort Lauderdale. Situé sur l'eau et équipé d'une piscine privée (eau salée) chauffée. L'arriÚre-cour est à l'ouest et complÚtement au soleil jusqu'au coucher du soleil. Il y a un nouveau barbecue disponible. Les jardins avant et arriÚre sont éclairés le soir par de beaux éclairages. Un emplacement trÚs central, à 5 minutes de la plage, du boulevard Las Olas, de Wilton Drive, du centre de remise en forme de Los Angeles et du centre commercial Coral Ridge avec divers magasins et supermarchés.

La maison a un bel aspect luxueux et une finition de trÚs haute qualité. L'intérieur classique moderne est de bon goût et nouveau et est équipé de tout le confort. Dans cette villa, vous vivrez un merveilleux séjour en famille et / ou entre amis.

Il y a trois grands tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat installĂ©s avec un abonnement Xfinity avec un grand nombre de chaĂźnes de tĂ©lĂ©vision. Ces tĂ©lĂ©viseurs peuvent ĂȘtre trouvĂ©s dans la chambre principale, dans le salon et vous pouvez Ă©galement profiter d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  partir du mobilier de jardin confortable Ă  la piscine.

La villa est Ă©quipĂ©e d'une cuisine spacieuse, oĂč vous pourrez cuisiner pendant votre sĂ©jour. Vous trouverez Ă©galement beaucoup de verrerie dans la cuisine et des verres en plastique pour une utilisation Ă  la piscine. Le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur / congĂ©lateur est Ă©quipĂ© d'une machine Ă  glaçons.

The pool was the best part of the house. The outdoor area and landscaping was beautiful and peaceful and enjoyable to be in. The interior of the house was okay. A bit dated and the decor was more “showroom” like versus a natural home environment. The beds were comfortable. There was some misinformation - the check in email said recycling was on Monday and not Thursday, the book said Thursday, which was correct. The recycling bin was completely full (and overflowing) when we arrived.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this lovely home in the past six months. Once again we had a great stay. The home is located in a great place, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The home is clean and a great size for the 4 of us who stayed. The pool was the perfect temperature and this time there were a bunch of beautiful birds that you could see from the pool. Once again a great stay.

Wild Life Vacation

We enjoyed the house. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen pots was durable. I loved that there were food seasonings available. Thanks Lisa! My only 3 cons was the living with the Iguanas. They scared the crap out of me daily lol. The Mosquitoes was terrible and the pool could have been cleaner. Maybe screening the patio and pool area off will cure those issues. But other than that. We Enjoyed Our Stay.

A home away from home

Our family enjoyed all this property offered - especially the warm salt water pool! The grand boys were in it every day and loved their room with the twin beds. It felt like we were at home - we made great family memories. Thank you to the hosts for their quick responses to our minor questions - no delay. This was an awesome stay!

Relaxing and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. We would have liked more wash clothes for bathing but we purchased some and left them at the property so other renters would have use of them. The pool area was very nice but the mosquitoes and flying bugs were a nuisance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect. Contact with the host was easy, and she responded promptly. We enjoyed the various species of birds and lizards. We even caught a fish in the canal, which we threw back. The home looked as nice as the photos on the VRBO website. We wished that all 3 bedrooms had TVs. One bedroom did not. The neighbors and neighborhood were quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again overall.

The home was beautiful just as the pictures stated. We enjoyed the pool/river view. Lots of animals to watch as you sit outside enjoying the sunny day. The TV on the patio was a nice touch! Location was superb! Many local grocery stores and close to the Fort Lauderdale Beach where we rented bikes and rode for miles.

The house was amazing. Very relaxing and great view of the canal. Enjoyed watching the fish fly up into the air. The host was was very attentive. The pool was great. We had everything we needed. Outdoor area was beautiful and comfortable. We didn’t have time to use the grill but would have been ideal. Rooms were specious and well furnished. Really didn’t like the artwork (a little scary. Easy access to house, shopping center, beach. I would highly recommend and will definitely come back. Negatives: Didn’t like the artwork. (Its a preference thing) Some of it was kind of scary. The fridge had a broken shelf/snack tray and the ice maker didn’t work. Lots of gnats, went through 3 citronella buckets. But it was all manageable. Mall problem with palmetto bugs or pantry bugs above the coffee maker cabinets. But not too bad. Overall we had a great time.

We had a great experience at this location. The owner communicated with us and we got in with no issues. The property is exactly what is advertised. Everything was clean and fresh. We had a great vacation here and would definitely visit location again in the future. Pool was awesome. Went to beach one day, only 8 minutes away in traffic.

Great Home in Fort Lauderdale.

We just went down for a long weekend it turned out we didn't want to leave, we tried to stay, but unfortunately it was booked. WE had a little glitch getting in the first day, but Lisa was right on it. I texted her and within 5 minutes she texted back and we were in. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room comfortable. The backyard area though was outstanding. With the pool and canal in the back with comfortable places to sit and relax. Truly a great vacation, and I hope I get a chance to stay there again.
