Communication with the host and the owner was excellent. They would go out of their way to answer any questions and solve any issues. The house is roomy with a spacious comfortable patio. and everything we needed was there or brought. And location is central to everything.

Beautiful property with plenty of space for couples or a family trip. There weren’t enough washcloths for the entire stay, so we bought some halfway through. The host was gracious enough to allow us a late checkout due to our late flights, which I really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful and the house was as expected however we booked the location mainly for the pool. When we arrived the pool had a lot of debris in it from trees and the water was slimy and the steps were yellow from algae. We were told the pool boy would be there twice that week. We met the insurance guy there and the sprinkler man but we never had a pool boy or a clean pool the whole week. Very disappointed as that was the selling point for us choosing the property.

Our family had a wonderful time! The house accommodated all of us, a multigenerational group. Pool time was the best! The house is well appointed, we cooked several meals there. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. A wonderful time for all!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very relaxing…just what we needed. The host was readily available to respond to any question we had before leaving our home for the trip. His property assistant was also once we arrived at the property.
We were given a rainbow out back before we had to leave!

Nice house, good location, lovely landscaping, and, best of all, a beautiful pool and outdoor area which makes this property really special.

Centrally located to Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well stocked with all the essentials. Beds were very comfortable. The pictures of the house are nicer than what the property looks like in real time. Plenty of room for our party of five. View outside from the pool is ok, house directly across the canal could use some help.

Thanks for staying with us and for the nice words. We are however a bit surprised about the review. With regard to the pictures of the house, several reviews state "exactly as advertised", two of them can be read just below. We take great care of keeping our house in top condition always. Same rules for the backyard and the location at the inland lagoon, guests often wright how nice it is to be in the backyard. We unfortunately also don't understand the comment about the fact the house of our lovely neighbor across the canal "needs help". We never had such a comment and have no idea what it means. We always try our best to keep everything in the best possible condition and make everything as comfortable as possible for our guests. Due to this, we have over a hundred reviews and 98% are 10/10. A 6/10 review we never had and in our opinion doesn't match the level of our quality and services. Unfortunately it seems is impossible to satisfy everyone.
