Clean and spacious. Few hiccups like the balcony light being out and balcony furniture is too big and bulky. But everything about our stay was great. Very happy with the rooms and would stay again! We happened to arrive a few hours ahead of schedule, so I called about an early check-in and was told the room wasn’t ready, but we could see in the window that it had been cleaned. Two hours later and still told it wasn’t ready, so we just went to a nearby restaurant and waited until 4.

Kitchen well equipped. View excellent! Very enjoyable stay. Only negative was a noisy ceiling fan in master bedroom but not enough bother to me for a call to complain. Might bother others. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

Very nice accommodations. The condo was very clean, and they were very quick to respond to fix the ice maker. However, even though we were not in the condo very much we did find it difficult to be comfortable on the living room furniture. Myself and the three other ladies in my group ended up having get comfortable in the master bedroom to enjoy watching a movie. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Overall a outstanding stay

My only negative comment to make is about the bed in the master suite. At the nightly rate, a customer should expect something reasonable to sleep on. I knew it was going to be tough when I sat down in the middle of my side of the bed and the end of the mattress tried to stand straight up in the air. Forest mattress ever I could feel the springs. All of them. A great condo without great rest. Will be my last stay here.

Nice Visit with some issues

Check in was east & salt water vacation group answered all questions and were very helpful and nice. Outlets didn’t work in master bath. Outlet cover didn’t have a trip button and nothing could be plugged up. Top outlet behind night stand didn’t work, so lamp had to be unplugged to charge phone. Had an accident by stepping into the drain hole behind the beach access gate. It was covered by a slip mat, and I didn’t know it was there until I stepped in and injured my ankle. I did email an accident report, but no one has contacted me yet from the property management group. After I reported the sagging mat where the drain hole was, the next day the mat was still sagging in that same area. We loved the free beach chairs and umbrella that came with our room. The team working were very nice. Aside from the accident, we enjoyed our trip. Thank you.

OK rental, very clean

This was a last minute booking. Good location to Destin and Fort Walton. Nice view from balcony. The unit was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of essentials. WiFi was good. Good water pressure. Nice to have a laundry directly in unit. The property management (Patty at Salt Water Vacation) was great to work with when it came to the check in process. The unit as a whole is tired and needs attention-- cabinets facings are peeling, the electrical appears to have issues: overhead kitchen light was tricky to turn on at times, outlets are an issue, the table on the balcony needs replacing because one of the legs is rusted off, replace some of the pans. Tip--book directly through Salt Water Vacations and save money, wish I had known this before booking through VRBO.

July 2019 Stay

We LOVED this condo! Unit 503 was perfect for our family of 4! It is located close to every restaurant and only 5 minutes from Destin! The owner needs to upload new pictures because the furniture is new and very pretty! Beds were very comfortable too! Lots of extra towels were in each bathroom! No complaints all praise from the Moore’s!!
