Branson Cove is a lakeside community fully equipped with open spaces including an expansive outdoor pool and splash pad with water slides, parks, fire pit area, volleyball court and more! We are conveniently located one block from Table Rock Lake State Park and Marina!



Guests will be sent all check-in information on the day of arrival. We have a key-code entry for exterior doors and a secure door to the pool room. Our pool is 100% private and is located in the cabin for only you and your guests!

Great place for a family gathering, well equipped with everything we needed, comfortable beds, great large deck on the back, right next to community pool, and host was very quick to respond to all questions. Fantastic place to stay while visiting Branson area!!

The host was very responsive, but there was an issue getting the hot tub working during our stay which was disappointing. We did get extra time to check out as a consolation that was really nice. There was a lot of space and the deck was a wonderful space to spend the surprisingly warm February days

This house was perfect for our family vacation to Branson. The kids loved the indoor pool and also the outdoor pool. The house had great amenities for our group of 15. All the events we went to were all around a 15 min. drive.

Family Get Together

We had a great time! The vrbo was spacious and provided plenty of space for our family. Loved the double fridge and dishwashers in the kitchen, it made for easy clean up for our large group. The indoor pool, ping pong and table shuffle board was a hit for everyone! We also enjoyed the pickle ball courts and hot tub.

Great time was had by all!! Everything was great!My son the chef and my daughter who loves to cook said it was the most well stocked kitchen in any rental we have stayed in. Great Stay

Our family was very impressed with the property. It had lots of room for our large family of 20+. Also, we were within walking distance of the shared outdoor and indoor pools the property had to offer. This vacation home also has its own indoor pool, which was really nice for our family. It also has 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of washers and dryers. It was just really a very nice place. Also, Ben who was in charge of the property was always available if we had any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed.

Pleased, but lacked communication!

This property was wonderful and clean with an amazing experience for our families, however the lack of dealing with 2 brothers who manage the property and their lack of timely communication was the worst. You'd message and it took hours for a reply or one brother would answer then the other reply after things were fixed. Had a upset maintenance guy

Very disappointed in this cabin's hot tub and pool.The Good: Very spacious as described and they have basically 2 sets of all the appliances. Plenty of bathrooms as well. Host replied quickly to messages.The Bad: 1. If you see in the photos, they have provided bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but in reality you are provided 1oz of conditioner, 1oz of body wash and a 2oz bar of soap per room.2. The shuffling table is completely worn out and unuseable/ no sand.3. Most of the remotes were dead or lacking batteries and the downstairs TV's remote glitches bad.4. No plastic plates for the children.Although I could have got most of the above resolved through the host, it defeats the purpose of booking an "exceptional" vacation cabin. The Ugly:1. The hot tub was leaking, not even warm and stayed on for 3 minutes and died. Tech came and supposedly fixed the issue, but we came back to basically an empty hot tub and it stayed broken the whole stay.2. The advertised heated pool was not working and was dirty. It took 3 days for the pool to be clean, see pictures, and it never reached temperature. The host Michael was quick to respond and agreed that the hot tub and the pool being unuseable was unacceptable and not up to their standards. Regardless, it was extremely disappointing because we only booked for the pool and hot top. Finally, I wish you a better stay than us.

This property was perfectly located for our needs and the perfect size and floor plan for our big family vacation! The kitchen was well stocked and efficient. The 2 refrigerators and dishwashers were wonderful! We loved the huge deck area and the view. The hot tub was a fun addition even though we didn't have time to use it much. We did have several problems however. 1 - A shower drain was badly clogged but maintenance took care of it very soon after I sent the message. 2 - The indoor pool heater never worked even though someone came out twice to take care of it. The young children were very disappointed. 3 - There were not enough bath towels for 23 people, we had to use the pool towels to have 1 towel for each person. 4 - The showers ran out of hot water after just a few minutes of use even with staggering the shower times. This seemed to happen on only one side of the house. 5 - Only one of the grills had a propane tank and the other grill had a horrible greasy mess on the rubber mat underneath. Thank you for not blaming us for that. 6 - The dryer vent hose was broken so the dryer didn't dry the clothes efficiently. 7 - There were other small damages throughout the house and pool room that didn't cause us a problem. Again - thank you for not blaming them on us. All in all - we had an absolutely wonderful time being all together!!! Thank you!!!!
