We have not received any previous complaints about this issue. It seems likely that there was a confusion with the faucet. On the day you arrived, we attempted to contact you to inquire about your stay and see if you needed anything else, but we never received a response. * Shower and tiles: The shower features new, high-quality tiles, and we have not received any negative feedback about them until now. Additionally, the surfaces are meticulously cleaned between each stay to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. * Steep entrance: The photos and descriptions in our listings accurately reflect the features of our property, including the entrance. We are sorry this was an inconvenience for you. * Stairs: We have not previously received any mentions of issues with the stairs. We are concerned that your experience may have been affected by a noise complaint you received due to excessive noise late at night, which may have influenced your perception and negative comment. Additionally, we notice that your review does not mention any of the many positive features we offer in this beach house.
