Étapes de la plage. Pier privĂ©e, Apt avec paddleboard

Appartement situé dans un petit complexe. Situé au premier étage. APT a un joli balcon / terrasse / perron pour se détendre. Marche pour la petite plage privée ou aller à la jetée et regarder le coucher du soleil.

DĂ©tails:

Une salle de bain récemment rénovée avec une douche et une cuisine avec un plateau en verre de 4 élément.

Il ya une douche pour rincer dans la cour de cÎté pour enlever le sable supplémentaire. (vous ne voulez pas obstruer douche)

Nous avons pots, casseroles et plats. Nous avons argenterie.(couteaux, fourchettes, cuillĂšres) pour 4 personnes.

Nous avons un futon sur le salon pour les enfants (max trois enfants) ou nous pouvons fournir un matelas d'air.

Nous avons deux ensembles de masques de plongée avec tuba, deux chaises de plage et une glaciÚre de plage.

Nous avons un hamac.

S'il vous plaĂźt aviser si vous ĂȘtes hors de la ville et ont besoin de draps et serviettes. (Pour combien d'invitĂ©s)

S'il vous plaĂźt pas de tĂȘte de saut d'abord dans l'eau de la jetĂ©e.

Ne pas marcher, toucher ou prendre le corail.

Rincer à l'propre matériel de plongée de l'eau aprÚs chaque utilisation dans la douche sideyard.

Nous avons aussi une planche de surf disponible et un stand up paddleboard disponibles.

Check-in à 15 heures et de check-out est 11 heures. De cette façon, la femme de ménage peut travailler sa magie.





Les touches sont placées dans une boßte de verrouillage hors de la porte en face de l'appartement qui a une serrure à combinaison. Une fois que vous ouvrez la serrure à combinaison, les clés sont à l'intérieur de la boßte de serrure. Le clicker de porte ou beeper est à l'intérieur de l'appartement pour ouvrir la porte de la propriété. Le stationnement pour les C4 est juste à cÎté des compteurs électriques (de Contador)

Itinéraire:

Des instructions simples obtiennent sur RD # 2 (autoroute n ° 2) Ă  Guanica, Puerto Rico, prendre la route 116 Ă  Guanica prendre la route PR 325 (il est sur la gauche). Allez tout le chemin jusqu'Ă  ce que vous voyez un grand bĂątiment en face de vous. Cette route se termine par un arrĂȘt de T. VoilĂ  plage Playa Santa en face de vous. Prendre Ă  gauche au T et le prendre la quatriĂšme rue Ă  droite (Calle Coral). Une fois que vous passez une route sur la droite (calle arrecife), vous verrez les appartements Solimar sur le droit passer par la porte de marche aller Ă  la premiĂšre apt sur la gauche situĂ© au premier Ă©tage et d'utiliser la serrure Ă  combinaison pour obtenir les clĂ©s, ouvert l'APT et obtenir le clicker pour ouvrir la porte. ma place de stationnement est le premier sur la gauche par les compteurs (S'il vous plaĂźt ne pas stationner dans les fentes de ciment)

Great view from the dock!

Besides the issue with the main gate's beeper and the cleanliness of the place when we arrived, the place was pleasantly relaxing. Plus the location and amenities included in the apt was the best part of our stay.

A Heaven in the little town of Playa Santa

Loved the area, walking distance to the beach. My family loved Matthew the friendly dog. Quite and just listening the sound of the waves while sitting at the porch.Very nice breezy wind at night. Highly recommended. Can’t wait for my next vacation and we’ll have this little Heaven again. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Great place for beach days

Great little apartment, I'd recommend it for a couple, solo or a family with one young child. Place was clean, furnished and very close to Playa Santa. This area can get very busy during major holidays but be aware that there's not much nightlife close by other than a couple of simple bars within walking distance.

It was super close to nice beaches. Host answer pretty quickly for any questions or concerns,I I just didn’t like the smell of rotten eggs, in the air, but that is out of the Host control.

Amazing stay in Guanica!!!

This has to be one of our favorite accommodations our trip to Puerto Rico! Smooth and easy check in and the property is clean and just as listed. We love the king size bed!!! And the beach right by the property is a huge plus. We recommend watching the sunset by that beach, it was beautiful! It was exactly what we were looking for and more! Also Edgardo is a great host and answered all our questions and gave really clear instructions on how to find the property.

Oceanside oasis

The condo was very nice! It was clean and well appointed. They had everything you needed to enjoy the ocean, right down to sunscreen! The view was amazing! We echoed it very much. Also, we felt perfectly safe as ladies traveling alone. The property is gated, so that was very nice. I would love to stay again one day.

This place is absolutely amazing! It's exactly as the pictures display. Edgardo was absolutely amazing, he homed us in as we got lost getting there and it was a breeze. Great place, close to everything

We greatly enjoyed our two nights here. The pier is only a few feet away, and we were able to swim and snorkel right there. There are many dining options a short walk away. The unit has a king-sized bed in a bedroom with a very cold AC that we ran at night. Our kids slept on a futon in the living room. Large refrigerator, stove, and microwave for cooking, although we ended up dining out for our meals. Very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication from the host.

Clean and Quiet

We had a great stay. The rest of the building was pretty much empty. If it were full, I guess it could get busy and loud. We were there at a quiet time I guess. It's a bit far away from supplies etc, but it's not a bad drive. Easy walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed except a larger knife. We made do with the steak knives that were there. All in all we had a very pleasant stay! Thank you!

The Dock picture are out of date, there is no functional dock, water was murky. The main reason to select this place was the dock pictures, sofa bed was dirty so my son has to use the sofa to sleep. We left a day earlier to another location

Loved it.

We stayed 4 nights and I didn't want to leave, despite the earthquakes and no power while we were there. Edgardo was a great host and very responsive. The door to the room with the paddle board and other beach stuff was locked and Edgardo responded quickly to unlock it for us. The bed is very comfortable and it was great to have beach towels and chairs. Loved the paddle board! We spent most of one day snorkeling right off the pier and it was great. Lots of coral, fish and lobsters to see. Walk to restaurants, bars and the public beach. There is no washer as listed. There are several other apartments in the building and everyone was friendly and quiet. I recommend Edgardo's place!

I love the water and the beach. Thus why the water is so close to the apartment and the paddle board!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Since a kid my dad brought me to this apartment to enjoy weekends with him. I would snorkel and jump from the pier (feet first of course). Very quiet and peaceful, clear water. After years of abandonment bought it and got everything from the inside and threw it in the trash. Everything inside is new.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Next to the water. private area, few neighbors, Close to Playa Santa and Manglillo Beach. Catch some sun on the pier, hear the waves. Close to the dry forest park. Get the paddleboard and be in the water in seconds. No need to go anywhere. Close to Gilligan's island.(a mangrove island)
