Le Thomas Jarrett Maison circa 1894 a Ă©tĂ© mĂ©ticuleusement restaurĂ©e avec tous les planchers de bois franc d'origine, boiseries et fenĂȘtres. La maison est inscrite sur le registre historique national. Cette chambre 3-4 3 pleine maison bain de rĂȘve propose une gamme professionnelle de gaz de style, 2 fours, appareils en acier inoxydable, un espresso et cappuccino et plus encore. il est vraiment une cuisine de chefs. Cette maison de 2 Ă©tages dispose de magnifiques espaces de vie en plein air; 2 porches bas couverts, un beau patio de briques et 1 vĂ©randa supĂ©rieure. Cette maison dispose de 6 cheminĂ©es, plafonds de 10 pieds sur le niveau principal de 9 pieds au 2Ăšme, griffe pied baignoires, Ă©crans plats, wifi et plus.

Le Jarrett House se trouve à quelques pas de plus d'une douzaine des meilleurs restaurants et pubs de Asheville, y compris Sunny Point Café, L'Oyster House Brewing Company, Universal Joint Nine Mile. et plus. This Home was AMAZING!!!Mitch reached out days before our trip, with suggestions on restaurants, outings, events! So welcoming and helpful! Literally telling us he will be there if we need anything! We live in San Diego, and this charming home was what i visualized North Carolina homes would be like!This historic home has been so beautifully updated! It is romantic and modern with antique touches throughout! The location was PERFECT for us! Private parking for both of our cars and close to everything! Everyone slept great and we all remarked on how nice the pillows were!! I totally recommend staying here!!!! 5 stars for sure!

What a delightful home. Was a wonderful size for a family of 4 with a dog. It is very close to everything. I highly recommend this home. However, if traveling with a dog the yard is not completely fenced where you can let your dog roam on own and fence is not high - a midsize dog could jump over. You MUST have dog on leash at all times. But house is dog friendly. Had a lovely stay. Thank you.

This is a cool old house. It's comfortable and was pretty convenient for everywhere we wanted to go. I would say the listing is a little misleading - it is only fully fenced if you close the front gate and another gate that goes to the house behind, but that isn't really doable because of that other house, which shares the driveway.

This was an awesome, eccentric, trip back in time! We loved this house! The walkabilty to all the restaurants and shopping cant be beat either, it was everything we were looking and hoped for. Historic Charm and Modern convenience. The home has incredible historic character that transports you back in time - you can truly feel the stories these walls could tell. But what really impressed us was the beautifully updated kitchen that had everything we needed and more. It’s the perfect example of how to honor a home’s history while making it functional for modern guests.The location absolutely cannot be beat! We loved being able to walk to all the amazing bars and restaurants nearby. No need to worry about parking or designated drivers - we could just stroll out the front door and explore everything West Asheville has to offer. The walkability made our entire trip so much more relaxing and enjoyable.

Beautiful Home

Gorgeous historic home updated with every modern convenience. My family met here to celebrate Christmas and it was the perfect place for us. Walking distance to many restaurants, breweries and shops. Short drive to downtown area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful historic home!

This house was definitely a 5*!! This was a girls weekend in Asheville. We toured Biltmore and downtown Asheville. The rest of the time was spent at this wonderful house. We cooked in the chefs kitchen. It has everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were very comfortable! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The owner was very easy to get a hold of. We will definitely stay at this property again if we’re in the area.

Great place and great location

We come to Asheville every year for a mountain biking trip. We’ve been doing the trip for about 10 years. This house is our favorite mainly because of the location. You can walk all of West Asheville and it’s super conveniently located next to two of our favorite breakfast places and a new favorite dinner spot. The house is very unique and I would highly recommend.

The Jarrett House

Want to feel like you stepped back in time, but stay in an updated and modern home? This is it. We really enjoyed the charm of the Jarrett House - listed on the National Register of Historic Places! Plenty of room to spread out, great kitchen with very modern appliances - all around a great stay!!

Pleasing

The home was beautiful, very clean and in a nice location. But, a few things were inconvenient. The house is not a four bedroom, it has a blowup mattress that can be used on the floor. And the three bedrooms are upstairs which makes it difficult for guests with mobility issues. Also, the one parking place is not very user friendly if you have a large vehicle. But we did have a wonderful visit to Asheville.

Wonderful house!! Close to everything!

The house was amazing! Very clean and well appointed. There were some questionable people walking near the property but we had no issues. It’s close to great restaurants and the grocery store. It’s also close to the main attractions.

Wonderful stay walkable to all of West AVL

Mitch’s place was a perfect landing spot for our group of three couples. We really enjoyed learning about the house’s history, and it was clearly restored with care. The house was spotless and well-appointed. The beds were so comfortable and we all enjoyed the communal spaces in the house and the outside patio. It’s walkable to all of west Asheville and just a short drive from downtown or the River Arts District. The only downside was only one stand-up shower out of the three bathrooms, but we made it work. Communication with Mitch was great with tons of good recommendations for our stay.

Great family getaway

The house was the perfect place for a family getaway for my grown children and infant grandchildren. The layout was great for the family and the house was very nice and well stocked. The location was convenient to everywhere. We would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful Victorian

A girls trip to Asheville. The house is a beautifully restored Victorian with a good location and extremely clean, but it is on a very noisy, busy street. It is listed as a 4 bedroom. IT IS NOT. It is a 3 bedroom with an air mattress you can put in the den to make a 4th bedroom. It is specified in the listing, but in the fine print and I missed it. I felt duped. It should be listed as a 3 bedroom because that is what it is.

Long weekend in Asheville!

Family visit

House was perfect for us 6 adults and 2 couples and 2 singles. Would have preferred if one of the rooms had an option for two single beds. Or a pullout couch in the small living room would have been perfect for our combination of adults.

Extremely clean

We loved our stay at this house! It was the cleanest property we have ever experienced. The updates were very nice. I loved using the claw foot tub upstairs. The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need and more! We loved the outdoor seating area. Very close proximity to several places we wanted to go. Walking distance to Ingles and a great pizza place and breakfast place! Would love to stay here again one day.

Beautifully Resorted Historic Home

Stayed here for UNCA graduation with my family of 6. Amazing outdoor gathering space and plenty of room on the inside as well. Property manager was always prompt in responding to my questions. Super clean, more than enough towels for everyone! ( why is this even an issue at some places???) Very cozy home in a perfect location. Thank you for allowing us to stay and use your space to celebrate our daughter!
