Missed the little amenities that I have encountered at other VRBO locations. Body wash, extra pillows, cooking sheets, coffee for coffee maker, dressers or drawers to place you clothes in, night stands, clock
.the little things that make you feel welcomed. But the location and ease to get to JBSA was amazing, AC worked amazing and the rooms were a nice size.

The dryer had towels left in it the dishwasher had dishes left in it the closet floors had broken hangers on the floor the backyard was atrocious.
You couldn't go out back for all the weeds and water dripping as you walk out the door.

Exactly what we needed!

It was exactly what I needed and more. We were in town for my daughter's boyfriend's graduation from Boot Camp in the Air Force. Minimal decor but does have cooking supplies and plates. Beds were very comfortable.

Lackland graduation

We came here to attend our son’s graduation from BMT Air Force training, everything was wonderful and easy .Location was perfect, everything was within 15-20 min drive , only River walk was about 30-35 min drive . Still not bad at all . We liked it all .Thank you

Good stay especially if you are looking for 3 bedrooms

Place is good to stay with 3 well maintained bedrooms, a hall and kitchen. Sea world is very close by from the location. This is a new community and it’s hard to find on google maps. However the owner gave me the instructions on how to reach there.. I did doordash etc too with the same instructions and they were able to follow it too.

Great Location

Property was relatively new construction. Lots of construction all around leading to some noise. House was in a gated neighborhood that seemed safe. Kitchen had minimal worn out pans and utinsels and no dishwasher tablets/detergent. The bathrooms/showers were clean. However, the bedding seemed as though it wasn't washed/changed since the last rental. There were hairballs on the pillows and the linens were so worn out you could see the grossly stained mattress pad underneath. We actually washed the linens BEFORE we slept on them. If the host upgrades the linens and sees they are washed/changed EVERY time, those would be an awesome rental.

It was what I needed it to be for my family.

The address listed is not the actual address. I wasn’t aware of this and had a random number call. It wasn’t until I went to the address and there was not a home built that I reached out to the person of contact on Vrbo and found that there were other instructions to find the correct house. It was at this time that I was made aware of an exterminator coming by in the morning. I didn’t mind bc we would be out at the expected time but still felt this was not the norm and worth mentioning. There were fire ants everywhere. Even in the folded linens in the closet. We got in and the ac was not working. It was 79 degrees and we could not adjust. Again I reached out and was told I would get a call back for more instructions. We ended up having to leave before the call was returned it was just too hot. The host came and did fix the ac. By the second evening I guess the ants were all fired up after the treatment bc they were out even more. The property itself was nice and like I said it worked for us as a family having an entire house as opposed to a hotel rental.
