Wonderful cabin, clean, great view, well-stocked! We had a wonderful family stay! Kids loved the foosball table and fire pit. Great place to stay away from the crowds.

Communication was great and the amenities were plentiful. We had a very comfortable stay here, and the location is spectacular and close to the polar express and great smoky mountains.

Exceptional stay at Sleepy Oak Cabin

We enjoyed a weekend with family in this comfortable well-appointed cabin. Beautiful views, clean and well-maintained with all necessary amenities plus a hot tub, games and foosball table made for an enjoyable stay for all. Highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

Beautiful cabin great views

We enjoyed the cabin and especially the porch. Very relaxing area. We spent mornings watching the sun rise and listening to the birds chirping and evenings enjoying the peacefulness of the property. The cabin was equipt with everything we needed to make meals at our home away from home. Was a beautiful place for our wedding!

Relaxing stay!

My family and I had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend at this gorgeous cabin. Convenient location, quiet, comfortable, ample space but not too big. We appreciated the details - a variety of teas for the non-coffee drinkers, laundry detergent, abundant towels. Definitely recommend!

Polar Express Stay

We stayed here one night to ride the Polar Express in Bryson City. The cabin is in a fantastic location. Just a few minute drive to the train station. The cabin was cozy, clean and practically brand new. Definitely stay here if you’re looking for a place to stay with your family.

Relaxing get-away

We had a great time at this cabin. It was very clean, has everything we needed, close to town/ hiking; and it had nice amenities. We loved the hot tub, front porch with rocking chairs, foos ball game, and other card games provided. This was a last minute get away that was much needed!

Excellent house for a weekend getaway!

We went to Bryson City to experience the Polar Express and this property was close to town and it was pristine. We arrived later in the day and they had all the items we needed for an easy stay. I was also impressed by the linens. My kids loved the bunk beds and the games!

The cabin was beautiful and we loved sitting out in the porch enjoying the Mountain View . We loved cooking out a d making s’mores . This cabin is very close to all the attractions we wanted to see. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back .

Impressive place.

Before, during and even after our stay, Kelly, the host, was easy to reach and very responsive to questions and comments. The house itself is simply beautiful, and completely stocked. We felt spoiled with fresh coffee and tea each morning. From fresh white towels, to a welcoming jacuzzi overlooking the mountains; we look forward to returning. The privacy of the location is perfect, as is the peaceful quiet of the night. A personal favorite was welcoming the sunrise from the porch, and enjoying the fireflies at night as they danced around the cabin.

Great Escape

Very new and very clean cabin. Comes with all the basic necessities needed to enjoy yourself worry free. Very secluded, quiet location that is far away from the hustle and bustle of Bryson City, but only 12 minutes to get to town. Great cabin for a family of 4. We will be back.

From stepping through the door upon arrival to leaving, our stay was amazing. The view from the cabin was awesome. The cabin was very clean and well appointed with linens, dishes and furnishings. We felt very much at home. Such a peaceful and quiet area to be so close to everything we wanted to do. You can't get a better location. Just a short drive to Cherokee, Gatlinburg, Fontana Dam, and Nantahala Outpost just to name a few. If you haven't ridden the train in Bryson City, check it out it was a fun experience. The hot tub was ready for us after a long drive from Florida and was such a treat. Star gazing around the fire pit was lots of fun we even saw several shooting stars. We cant imagine how our trip could have been any better. We highly recommend this property and these host!!! You won't regret choosing this property.
