The couch in the living room is a pull out couch, with a maximum of 200 pounds, we recommend it for kids.

While the entire home is at your disposal, please note that the garage is not accessible to guests. However, you'll find ample parking space available outside the property to accommodate your vehicles securely.

There are two TVs located on the property. You are welcome to sign in to any streaming services you currently use. However, please note that we do not provide any nor do we provide cable.

The pool is heated at discretion of the property owner. Similar to a hotel, guests do not control temperature of the pool. It will be adjusted accordingly to weather.

When booking this property, please be aware of the presence of security cameras on the property. They are monitored and recording. There is one security camera above the garage in the front yard that records motion. There is also a ring doorbell camera at the front door that records motion. There is not and never will be any camera inside the property or in the backyard.

The host, Julia Kocovski, is acting as a member of Superior Host LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and has no personal liability for any reservations made at the property.
