This place was excellent for our family of 4. Video games provided for kids upstairs, and plenty of board games as well. Location was what we were looking for. Size was great. We absolutely loved it and will book again when we travel back to this area. 12thumbs up.

Homie Cabin

The cabin was more beautiful than the pictures showed. It was clean and very well equipped with amenities. The location was quite, peaceful, and it has beautiful views.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Beautiful, well-equipped cabin in a peaceful neighborhood inhabited by LOTS of wildlife (deer, turkeys, rabbits and squirrels). The perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Highly recommended!

Nice home, comfortable furniture, lots of cozy blankets. The loft is huge and the kids enjoyed this sleeping area. This home is at a pretty high altitude, over 8000 feet, and some members of our party had trouble sleeping this high up and suffered from some high altitude sickness.

Great home

131 Fir was a spacious home that provided six adults and one child all the space and beds we needed. We appreciated the living room space and fireplace for all of us to gather and collect ourselves after our daughter's wedding. We couldn't have asked for anything better Everything we needed except an iron & ironing board.

Amazing!

This property was perfect! We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids: ages 8-13). The layout was great for us. All the amenities of home were there. Even the small stuff like hand soaps, dishwasher pods, laundry stuff and trash bags. The open design was wonderful for cooking and visiting and just relaxing. We loved looking out the windows and seeing the deer and turkey walking by. Awesome place to stay. Thanks!

We so enjoyed our stay in this cabin. We couldn't have asked for any more. We brought in groceries only to discover there was a quite a bit already there. It exceeded our expectation's for sure. Had not been cleaned upon our arrival

The owner was quick to find us a condo to stay in the first night since the property had sticky alcohol on all surfaces and had not been cleaned upon our arrival.

home base in South Fork

We (a family of 4) spent 6 nights in the house on Ponderosa. There was plenty of space. The boys (16 and 18 yo) stayed upstairs and mom and dad stayed downstairs. The living/main room was perfect for after dinner games or family time. The Kitchen table was a great setting for board games and cards. The Kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need, in fact I would say that there might be too many utensils in the drawers. Pots and pans were plentiful. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked, showers worked well. The bed in the master was pretty soft (too soft to my liking) but it worked for 6 nights. The clothes washer worked but was noisy. The fireplace is electric and the main source of heat for the main room, it worked well but took some getting used to. Location was great. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again. one note, there is key box on the outside of the house, that is not the key box you need t get in the door. The door has a combo lock build into it, that is what you need to put the combo into to get into the house. Also the screen door handle needs bit of attention it fell off a few times. Otherwise great place.

Great place!

The process was easy as well as comminication. Very clean and everything u could ask for in kitchen. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay there again. Skiing was great at Wolfe creek!

So nice & comfortable!

Very clean and conveniently located. Nice choices of places to eat in South Fork. Only 20min. from Wolf Creek ski area. Enjoyed watching the deer in the neighborhood.

Perfect for our family!

This cabin was perfect! It was cozy and comfortable with all the amenities and utensils/cookware you could need. There are only beds to fit 8 people, but the couch works if needed for a 9th. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back to this cabin another time!

Great place

We loved the house but when we arrived, the house hadn’t been cleaned. They promptly arrived and changed the linens but didn’t actually clean the house. Due to them waiving our cleaning fee we didn’t make a big deal of it but would have liked it to be a bit cleaner.
