This vacation home is located on a spacious property that provides wonderful breathtaking views of the beach and lake. The property is shaded with some of the oldest trees in the province providing a wonderful setting for play and relaxation. Your private beach is on one of Lake Erie's crescents so the water is shallow, extremely calm with its sand bottom, making this part of the lake very comfortable for younger children to play.

For your meal events, there is grilling with gas and plenty of seating both inside and out. Your dining area seats 10. Two of the bedrooms have sitting areas for your complete privacy. You will find large windows in every room to help appreciate your surroundings.

This vacation home is fully furnished with all of your modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher, over-sized washer, dryer, toaster, coffee maker and outdoor grill. Don't stress over bringing linens, towels, kitchenware, etc. - it's all included. The driveway can easily accommodate up to 6 vehicles.

This vacation home provides the perfect peaceful environment for you and your family yet is close to wonderful spots unique to our region. Take a short 15 minute drive to Niagara Falls to view the unique waterfalls and other attractions like Maid of the Mist, Clifton Hill. Visit Bird Kingdom, Butterfly Conservatory, or any of the over 40 regional golf courses. Enjoy Farmers Markets, historic site such as Old Fort Erie and the Ridgeway Battlefield; visit Safari Niagara. Take a 20 minute drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake, home to the world famous Shaw Festival; enjoy fine dining and great shopping, and world class wineries. Just minutes away from your door step is live thoroughbred racing at the Fort Eire Race Track and across from the driveway is the Friendship Trail - a running/biking path that extends from Welland to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
