Three bedroom apartment in Rauðalækur, centrally located in Reykjavik

Our apartment is centrally located in Reykjavik in a nice and calm neighbourhood called Laugardalur, only 3 km away from the city center. Bus transportation is just a few steps from our house, you are only a few minutes by bus to the city center. The main swimming pool in Reykjavik, Laugardals swimming pool is close by. Biggest gym called World Class Laugar, it's next door to the swimming pool and if you go there you can also enter the swimming pool from the gym. The gym has also one of the nicest Spa's in Reykjavik, where you can get all kinds of treatments. Restaurants, bakeries, ice cream store are close by. There are also nice outdoor area in Laugardalur if you want to go for a walk / bike / run, you can follow the path all the way around the city if you like.

Our apartment is on the ground floor, our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, from the living room you can enter our nice garden, we have BBQ and outdoor sofa. We have three bedrooms, the Master bedroom has double size bed (140x200), the second bedroom has single bed (90x200cm) and the third bedroom has Bunk Bed for three people, Double bed (140x200cm) in the lower level and Single bed (90x200cm) in the upper level and we also have single bed (90x200cm). We share the laundry room with our neighbour, there we have washing machine and dryer.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.
