Welcome to Bonnie Dunes East - 3 bedroom/3 bathroom that is a single side of a duplex that sleeps 10. This property can also be rented with Bonnie Dunes West as a whole unit to sleep 20 making this home a perfect place for your next family getaway or group retreat!  Whether you prefer lounging on the beach or hanging by the pool, Bonnie Dunes is the place for your next beach getaway!

Bonnie Dunes East 

On the east side, on the main level of the home, guests will find an open, spacious living area with access to the front deck to view the beach, a TV with cable, and a comfortable sleeper sofa to sleep 2. There is a lovely dining area that features a table that seats 4 and additional bar seating for 2! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed during your stay. Bedroom #1 is located on the main level and has a queen-size bed to sleep 2 and a TV with cable. There is also a full bath located on the main level, off of the kitchen and bedroom #1, that features a walk-in shower.

On the second level, guests will find master bedroom and bedroom #2. The master suite is equipped with a king-size bed and twin bunk beds to sleep 4, TV with cable, access to the balcony with beach views, and an attached, private bathroom that features a large shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 is equipped with a queen bed to sleep 2, TV with cable, and an attached, private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the second level, there is also a utility room with a washer and dryer for guests to use during their stay. 

**This home was built as a Duplex and has two individual sides.  These sides can be rented together as a 6-bedroom home or as a single-side 3-bedroom duplex (East or West) with a private pool.**

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
