The Space:

This spacious 1,500 sq. ft. apartment in Le Plateau is perfect for group stays, comfortably sleeping up to 15 guests across 4 bedrooms, all on the same level. With the metro just steps away and one included parking spot, you'll have both convenience and comfort in one of Montreal's most vibrant neighborhoods. There is also a twin-sized floor mattress that can be placed on top of the sofa bed (futon) for extra comfort, or in the third bedroom for an additional sleeper.

Parking: If you'd like to park on the street, please pay close attention to posted signs. Parking is generally paid on main avenues like Ave Mont-Royal, while most secondary streets are reserved for permit holders. You can purchase a permit for $8 every 24 hours using code PMR02 at any parking kiosk (please leave the permit visible on your dashboard). Guests are responsible for any parking fines or tickets.

About the home

- This home is equipped with MINUT, a noise, occupancy, and smoke sensor approved by Airbnb, to help us maintain a good relationship with our community.

- There is one straight flight of stairs to the apartment — please be careful, especially with little ones.

- The apartment has an air exchange system and AC, so there's no need to open the windows. Air conditioning is not available during the winter months.

- Bed linens, towels, and essentials like dish soap, toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo are provided to get you started — extra supplies can be found in the closet or at the pharmacy one block east (Jean Coutu) if needed.

- Daily housekeeping isn't included but can be arranged for a fee.

- Let us know in advance if you'd like the sofa bed or floor mattress set up.



Parking

- Street parking is available but subject to local regulations. Please pay close attention to posted signs — most secondary streets require a residential permit, while main avenues like Mont-Royal are generally paid. Visitors can purchase a temporary permit for $8 every 24 hours using code PMR02 at any parking kiosk (please leave the permit visible on your dashboard). Guests are responsible for any parking tickets or fines.

- Candles, incense, and open flames are not permitted inside the property.

- We kindly ask that noise stay considerate after 10 pm — there are plenty of great restaurants and clubs nearby to keep the celebration going!

- Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement upon booking, and a security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the platform used (refunded after checkout, provided all terms are met).

The location of this property is great! Very central to local shops and restaurants. Very lively in the summer time because they close off the street to cars. And a block away from the Metro!The unit itself was a great base for our family of 9, which included 2 kids under 5 running around. The stairs to get to the unit was a bit steep, as is most houses in Montreal it seems, so a little tricky to haul up luggages, strollers, etc. The host was very responsive and I was happy to work with them.

We loved this apartment- literally steps to shops/restaurants/bars and the couche-tard that is open 24/7 which was awesome as we arrived at 1 am and needed snacks and drinks. I loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. One block from the train, it was so convenient! Kitchen was well stocked and updated, had everything we needed. Bathrooms were perfect, A/C in every room. No complaints, would highly recommend!!

This was a very nice apartment in a great neighborhood. It is close to the Metro, restaurants, shops and a grocery. Despite being on a major street, it is reasonably quiet. The host was very responsive, always answering the few questions we had within 10 or 15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Montreal.

Quiet getaway in the heart of le Plateau.

This is a great apartment in a great location. So many restaurants, shops, cafes, and bars with easy access to supermarkets and the metro. We really enjoyed exploring the city and coming back to a quiet and comfortable apartment. Pablo was very responsive and helpful. Central air conditioning was much appreciated on the hotter days!
