Great location

Perfect spot for easy hiking access and very clean. Only complaint is the AC wasn’t on when I arrived and it was 97 inside the house.

Perfect Stay with a Beautiful View

What a cute property that was perfect for my husband & I to relax & explore the surrounding areas. Simple & Clean with everything we needed to unwind after busy a day out. The location couldn’t be better, we enjoyed the wildlife viewing & sunsets over the Colorado NM. Would definitely stay here again!

I brought pro players into town for a tournament and this lovely house was 5minute walk from the courts

Meticulous!

Perfect place to stay! Close to the hiking trails, extremely clean and the studio and grounds are meticulously maintained. Coffee provided but bring cream and sweeteners if you like your coffee this way. This studio is well laid out with plenty of lighting, suitcase racks, hangers and refrigerator.

If you like nature and peace and quiet, this is perfect. After mountain biking at 18 Roads(35 minutes away) and Moab(90 minutes away), this was ideal for us 2 to relax afterwards. Restaurants and grocery stores are an easy short drive away. A patio and chair overlooking the mesa in your backyard await. A trailhead to a beautiful hike is also across the street, literally. I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did.

Cozy alternative to a hotel room

It was all good but the temperature in the room was never very comfortable. It was very hot outside and the cooler in the room was not able to keep up. Other than that, it was very clean and comfortable. Keurig coffee pot is perfect for one or two people. Microwave and small dorm fridge tucked out of sight. The view is beautiful, and there were deer in the yard every night.

Cute and cozy

Very clean! Smelt wonderful and the bed was very comfortable! The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not 5 because I didn’t read anywhere that it was located in someone’s yard. Not a deal breaker but I think it should be mentioned! Unfortunately we got in very late and it was just a little uncomfortable to go on someone’s driveway. Never ran into the owner of the shared yard but privacy felt a little taken away. Other than that it was a great stay and very cute!
