My family loved the view of the beach from the 16th floor. And all three bedrooms had a porch with a view of the ocean. Floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms and living room! The place was clean and well outfitted. They supplied some essentials in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. If you stay is more than a couple days you will need to resupply dish soap, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper.

The view was beautiful and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing was the instructions on how to get to indoor pool and where to throw out the garbage otherwise was a wonderful experience.

The room was clean and communication with the host was quick and easy. I didn’t see where they stated how many parking passes were included. There was one with what we paid for and had to pay for additional parking pass. We were able to get it within a couple of hours after checking in for an additional 50.

Clean, beautiful view, easy check-in. We’ve stayed in this building 5x, each time a new condo. The only issue was the immediate smell upon checking in. Smelled like musty wet beach carpet smell even though place was all tile. Usually means moisture has settled somewhere but we bought aerosols to help combat it. Beds were comfortable and deck furniture was nice as most units don’t have table and Adirondacks. Overall pleased with the unit. Without the smell would have been a 5 of 5, so have to go 4 of 5.

Sorry about the musty smell on arrival — that shouldn’t happen. Family Weekend Getaway

Island Towers 1601 was great for a weekend getaway with family. Condo was very clean easy access in and out. Grandchildren had a wonderful time watching from the balcony all the activities stand below. Easy to get the family down to the beach for our beach days. We definitely will be back.

Great value

Wonderful condo for friends or family trip. Beautiful views, on the beach, nice pool area. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. Had trouble connecting to wifi and needed a bathroom lightbulb replaced. Was resolved the 2nd day. Would stay again.

Girls Trip

Check In there was confusion about parking pass but called and was resolved quickly. Everything was very clean. View and balcony was wonderful even in middle of Helena which didnt affect us much besides could've swim in ocean most of week.The elevators was tricky cause they are synced so you never knew which one would open lol .Kept us on our toes lol. on our toes

Great condo

Ice maker didn't work and main sliding glass door would not open. It could not be fixed during our stay which was very disappointing. We would bothered by all the maintenance visits.

We LOVED this condo! We will definitely stay in room 1601 again. The view was unbelievable & so incredible! We liked sitting in the living room and relaxing and just looking out at the water. The outdoor and indoor pools were heated. Very nice and clean. There really is no "lobby" which didn't matter to us. It is considered a low density condo with only 3 rooms on each floor. We never had to wait too long on the elevators! The parking garage situation was great! They provided carts forYou to carry things up to your room which was very convenient. The beach is literally right there! The closest we have ever been to the water. We traveled in April so it was a little chilly but plenty of people at the beach on the warmer days and no issue with beach space! When you come down 59 this condo is to the left which is less busy in my opinion and we liked that. Condo is child friendly. They had a pack and play and a high chair in the guest bedroom closet. We didn't use it bc we brought our own. I wish I would've known they had one. They had good WiFi, it was easy to connect to. The only feedback I would give to the property is that the master bathtub slowly drains when you take a bath, I couldn't figure out where it was losing water from. And the door stop on the front door was broken but seemed like an easy fix for a maintenance person. We also a visit from a maintenance person on our first day they came to change the air filters. It's clear they take good care of their properties.

It’s great the condo worked well for your group and that the child-friendly items and WiFi were useful — sorry you didn’t notice the pack-and-play/high chair earlier. You’re paying for the view, which is excellent! Unfortunately Tropical Storm Arthur put a big damper on our vacation, but at least we had the view/balconies. Overall a good place, just could use some updating. You’ll need your own paper towels/toilet paper for a longer stay and/or better quality. The main bath shower leaks if the shower head isn’t positioned just right (just an odd angle and the caddy got in the way of the newer shower head). The light in the closet didn’t work, but that should be an easy fix. Beds were pretty comfortable, stocked with plenty of towels. Kitchen is well stocked. 2 Beach chairs and kids beach toys in unit. The kickstand on the front door is very helpful for loading/unloading but falls down very easily so gets annoying other times when entering/exiting. I would add the dryer needs to be replaced, as it takes 2 or more cycles to get your clothes fully dried…so do light loads. But again, overall no major issues. We would stay again just on views alone!
