I'm very sorry to hear about your experience at Silverpick #109 and #104. It sounds like you faced numerous issues that significantly impacted your stay. Although it was a relief to move to #104, it's disappointing to hear that this condo had its own set of problems, including a leaking dishwasher, non-functional heat, a running toilet, and a dirty main floor. It's especially troubling that you had to clean the floor. While I understand that it was a holiday weekend, these issues should have been addressed prior to your check-in to ensure a comfortable and safe stay. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
