Welcome to Sterling Reef 407!  This beautifully decorated 3BR/3BA BeachFRONT corner unit boasts amazing Gulf views of the sugar white sands and the emerald waters!  Enjoy the sights and sounds from your large, private balcony as well as the living room, kitchen and master bedroom! This condo features a king bed in the master bedroom with balcony access, a 2 queen beds in the first guest room, and a king bed in the second guest room.  This lovely unit sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably! With its breath-taking views and convenient location, Sterling Reef 407 will definitely be your next family favorite vacation destination!

Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000sqft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Watersport rentals are also available.

No mention of an additional charge to park vehicle. Toilet accessories missing in double bed bathroom. Entry code was not explained, doors do not lock when exiting. Code had to be inputted and turn the knob several times before it locked. Getting in touch with the contact numbers listed usually took till the next day. Condo was clean. Marijuana smell was very strong when sitting on balcony. ( this is more of a problem everywhere you go, not just at this location).

Elevator woes

Unit is beautiful, well equipped,extremely clean, pool extremely clean, one of two elevators was down every day of our stay. Major inconvenience as it created long waits every time we left room. Also one of the bathrooms had a slight sewage smell the whole stay.

At arrival our door code was incorrect. I emailed for help but we discovered the beach gate code and door code were the same. It was over an hour before receiving a response from host. Overall the condo was clean except for the floors. Walking barefoot resulted in black bottoms of our feet. The bathroom in the second king room needs a new shower liner due to mold and tub had mold around the shower seams. The condo setup and location were perfect for our family and we if we are able to return to PCB we would consider staying again. Thank you
