Enjoy watching your favorite movies, shows, or sporting events in every room on the brand new 4K HDR Smart Roku TVs. Relax and unwind in the living room on the oversized memory foam microsuede sleeper sectional. Bask in rejuvenating deep sleep in every bedroom on the brand-new memory foam hybrid mattresses. THINGS TO KNOW

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 1 above the parking garage.

The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

Wonderful host and always helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beach view on the oversized balcony was awesome. Noise level was low. Close to eating, shopping and pier. I plan to come back yearly!

Spacious Beach Getaway

With a toddler and an infant, space for them to move around was important to us and this place has more than enough space. The balcony and the ease of getting to the beach were our favorite part. I would say though some cleaning products and a mop would have been nice.

Relaxing

Beautiful views, very easy access to the beach. 2 swamp coolers were placed in the living room so there was no access to the balcony. Everyone had to go through the bedroom to get to the balcony and the door screeched when opening and closing it. That was really the only negative of the stay. They provided everything you needed to get started.

Excellent Condo

This condo looked exactly as expected after viewing the pictures. The rooms were spacious and the balcony was huge. It's nice having the parking underneath, very convenient. We had a great time!

Unbeatable view, clean, and in good shape

This place has incredible views, it was amazing to sit at the kitchen table and see the ocean on two sides. The deck was nice and large, but the wind made it difficult to do anything other than sit and sip (we had hoped to eat out there or play cards). The place was clean, and the furniture was comfortable.

Four guys staying in PCB for work in Bay County. Had a great stay, nothing bad to report. On-site personnel were cordial and helpful, elevators were great and there was parking for my van. Condo was clean, well equipped, would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

The stay was great! Loved the big balcony! I think the condo needs a few small rugs to help with some of the sand. Also, noticed toliet in master bathroom seems to run water a lot, so I think there maybe a problem.

Celebration of Life

While attending our parent’s’ Celebration of Life is a solemn occasion, being with my family in one condo helped ease the pain. This condo was large enough to accommodate my two grown children, my daughter’s spouse, and my mother in law. The view of the beach was gorgeous, the location helped to minimize time spent in traffic, it was perfect! The beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed, everything was in good working order. Our family all gave it five stars.

Family Trip 2023

We are a family of 8 and 3 generations ❀. I will start with the positive 😀. The patio/balcony was the best thing about this condo..Its like having another family room..( get rid of the high top table, not kid friendly). The condo was clean and was close to the stairs and parking. Only 1 elevator so you will wait for that. This condo is on the ground level so your wait isnt bad. We used the stairs going down alot. Overall I would love to come back.

The BEST Balcony/Patio in PCB

We had an amazing experience this past week! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and overall the lay out of it was awesome! The best part was the GIANT balcony!!! It was by far the selling point on this condo and we will definitely be back!!! The staff and security on property were friendly and knowledgeable as well! The only complaint, which had nothing to do with this specific condo, was the elevators. There were only 2 and it made it difficult and time consuming trying to unload/load the car and daily beach trips, with a wagon and 3 kids. More than one day one of the elevators was broke all day, but if you are able the stairs are right by the condo door! The beaches weren’t crowded and it’s a short walk to the pier. Also, parking was great and we always felt safe!

Very nice condo / wrong time of year

We were there for Spring Break (March) which is always a weather gamble. It turned out very windy and cold so beach time was very limited. However, the location on the beach was excellent and the pool area was very nice. Condo time was increased and the stay was very comfortable. Huge balcony on the beach front. The only problem I had was the smell of marajuana coming from the grilling area and the balcony
 so bad that I had to come inside many times to avoid it. Perhaps it was the time of year. Hopefully that is not a common complaint. Otherwise, very nice condo!

Beautiful setting and uncomfortable beds

This place needs new mattresses and bed pillows! Also your Direct TV only works on one of the four TV's in the place. The front load washing machine has black mold growing around the opening. There are only seven forks and four spoons in this poorly equipment kitchen and the non-stick finish on the cookware is heavily damaged. The "shower" in the main bath is in the 1980's style soaking tub and is dangerous getting in and out of. Front guest bath and guest bedroom leaked during a rain storm. Over the years we've stayed in a lot of nice condos on the beach but this was definitely not one of them!

Condo was great - property management AWFUL

The property was great! The perfect size for a family of 6, GREAT balcony and easy beach access. Check in was a nightmare, because there wasn't anyone there!! There were multiple families waiting to check in - and apparently Vacasa is only there until 5. BUT they don't tell you that!! They don't allow you to check in before 4, which is understandable, but they don't tell you that you have to be there by 5. When calling their after hours number, it was a 2+ hour wait on hold. They weren't accessible AT ALL. We never did get a call back from them. We reached out to VRBO and they were actually able to help us, after 2 hours of waiting out front. I will NEVER rent through Vacasa again. This property owner needs to rethink who manages their property, because it's a great property!

Not as it appears

The room stayed hot our entire stay. The thermostat read 78 most of the time but felt a lot hotter. The manager said he would relocate us but it was at a totally different condo down the road where the bedrooms did not accommodate our family. They also waited half way through our stay to offer this. They did have the repair guys come out three times but it only got worse every time they came. One time we were completely without air for three hours. The directv never worked, the dryer quit, not enough towels so I requested more and they would never give them to us. Upon departure we were to take our bedding up and when we did we found blood and urine stains on one bed and something unidentifiable on another bed. I requested a refund and was not even given an entire night’s stay. Requested the manager to call me back because I have pictures to prove what we found but of course he promised he would but never did. I WOULD NOT stay in this unit. Not to mention it was extremely dirty when we got there.

Great property TERRRRRRIBLE elevators

We loved the condo, but we will NEVER stay here again because of the elevator situation. It was super clean, well appointed with furniture, tvs, washer/dryer, kitchen appliances (including coffee maker, toaster, crockpot), and there was a "game cupboard" near the door with pool toys, puzzles and children's books. The large balcony was amazing! There were a few issues (toilet constantly running, sliding door got stuck) that we reported. I was able to get in touch with the proper people and they sent a service person to assess the situation within 2 hours. The door was fixed, but I am sure they waited until we were gone to fix the toilet. I would have LOVED some sort of child lock on the sliding glass doors so our 2 and 4 year old could not go out without an adult. It caused more than a few moments of rushed panic. I tried installing a temporary child lock, but without being able to use a permanent adhesive, they were not effective. Now, the elevators. We waited sometimes 20 to 30 minutes. And no, this was not just on move-in day. It was everyday and all hours of the day. Unfortunately many other guests were quite vocal (cursing) about their frustrations with the elevators. Only 1 thing would keep me from booking this condo and it is the elevator situation.
