The first floor features an open living room with a plush couch and additional seating. The dining table can accommodate 6 guests. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample countertop space for meal prep and storage. There is a wet bar with a wine cooler, ice maker, and sink. This floor offers a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the porch.
There is a half bathroom on this floor for convenience.

The second floor features the master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a private balcony to rest and recharge. The next bedroom offers a queen size bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The last bedroom on this floor has a full size bed and shares access to the hall bathroom, that has a shower/tub combo.
