Rosemary Beach Carriage House, just off of the boardwalk, steps from the beach!

Taurins Carriage House is the perfect beach retreat for a couple or small family of 4, who want to enjoy the best of what Rosemary has to offer.

Situated on the corner of Rosemary Avenue and Boardwalk B, you will be just steps away from the beach, Coquina Pool, a children's park and green spaces; and merely a 5 minute walk down Rosemary Avenue to Barrett Square, where you can enjoy boutique shopping, fine dining and of course, the Sugar Shack, a local favorite for kids of all ages.

With its combination of white shiplap walls, high ceiling, warn wooden floors and eclectic mix of midcentury modern and rustic furniture, this boho-chic space provides a very cool and beachy vibe. It offers a spacious open concept kitchen, dining and living room area, as well as a bunk nook and bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs, you will find a queen sized loft with privacy and lots of natural light.

The Carriage House is accessed through the main house courtyard and up the stairs. Carriage house guests will have sole access to a washer/dryer located in the garage. They will further have access to 2 adult bicycles during their stay.

Carriage house guests DO NOT have access to the private swimming pool and seating area in the courtyard on the property, as exclusive access is reserved for renters of Taurins Cottage, the primary home on the property. Carriage house guests DO have access to Rosemary Beach communal pools.

*** PLEASE NOTE: PARKING CAN OCCASIONALLY BE A CHALLENGE IN ROSEMARY, AS IT WAS DESIGNED TO BE A PEDESTRIAN COMMUNITY. IT OFFERS ONLY PUBLIC STREET PARKING AND YOU MAY HAVE TO PARK A BLOCK FROM THE HOUSE AT TIMES. OUR GARAGE IS NOT ACCESSABLE FOR PARKING BY CARRIAGE HOUSE GUESTS. ****

We had a great time overall. Andy was a great host! A couple of issues with air conditioner and the pool area needs some attention as there are some weeds however overall the space was clean and Andy handled the air conditioner as best he could in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to my friends!

Lovely cottage steps from the beach

We had a wonderful mother/ daughter get away at this cute cottage just steps away from boardwalk B to the beach. We loved that it was so close to the beach and on the quieter end of Rosemary, just a short walk or bike ride to the restaurants and shops. The beds were super comfortable and the cottage is decorated nicely. The sectional sofa is perfect for lounging in the evenings. We will definitely come back to stay at this cottage. The host was very responsive.

Perfect Carriage House Vacation

Just the right size and location for a couple’s getaway. Well equipped and appointed including bikes for exploring the area. Right next to a beach walkover for quick and easy access to the beautiful Gulf beach. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. We will be back!

The Perfect Location

The property couldn't be located in a better spot. Steps from the beach, close to fabulous restaurants and the perfect size we needed. It was a simple check in and easy to access. The property comes with access to several private community pools which are all stunning. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Andy for letting us stay in your dreamy carriage house!

Rosemary long weekend

Perfect location especially for young kids. Very close to park and the beach. Short walking distance to the Main Street. Host was easy to contact. The main house on the property is beautiful as well
