Welcome to our Badin Lake getaway, a comfortable and stylish retreat located on a calm cove—perfect for swimming, boating, or simply enjoying the quiet lake life. With a private dock, fire pit, and open living spaces, this home is designed for relaxed lakefront living year-round.

Perfect stay at Badin Lake. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend! Perfect dock and lots of fun areas around the home to relax! Will definitely stay again soon.

The property was so nice, nestled into the hill. The upstairs and downstairs living room made it very easy to spread out when needed (since the temps outside got super high) and the patio and dock furniture allowed us to get shade at any time of day. The available dock space made it super easy for us to bring our own boat but also swim from the dock and the ample kitchen supplies made it easy to cook all of our own meals. I would highly recommend families or groups to stay at this property

Great Experience

We were attending the C10 truck rally at Denton Farm Park and the house location was excellent. The house was beautiful, very clean and well equipped. The lake view was awesome and we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay

Everything was as anticipated. Kitchen was well stocked, home was clean, the kids loved the bunk bed room. Beautiful back deck and dock.

Ashley is a timely communicator and promptly replied to all my questions. The house worked well for an energetic two year old and an elderly grandma, as well as 5 other adults. It has a great choice of porch and lakeside shady seating, perfect for outdoor dining and wine sipping We loved the kayaks that were supplied and paddled often as the quiet, peaceful section of the lake where the house is located had barely any boat traffic. The Sunchill was a huge hit with the two year old. It offered a safe way for her to “lake swim” while the adults floated beside her. The kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms are modern with an endless supply of thick towels. Even beach towels are provided. Beds were comfortable and the entire place was very clean. I was sad to leave which is probably the highest praise I can give this house and our family’s experience there.

This home was well equipped with all that we needed and much more. The kitchen was perfect with extras (coffee, spices, french press, drip coffee maker, everything you need for mixing cocktails / cooking, etc) the beds and bedding were very comfortable, the bathrooms were lovely (well equipped!) and the bathroom on the main level had a built-in seat which was perfect for my elderly mother. Entering the home was easy for my mother and our 24 year old son recovering from a broken leg! Only two easy steps to get into the main level and my mom and son were also able enjoy the lower level (which includes an additional living area) because there are two parking areas -- the lower parking makes access to the lower level easy. We LOVED the abundance of outdoor seating and we had fun using the outdoor recreational items (floats, kyaks, paddleboards, etc). The dock was perfect for the pontoon we rented to explore the lake. There is a comfortable hammock which I enjoyed every day.The owner was receptive and responded quickly to our questions. We have stayed at many rentals and this is at the top of our list.

Badin Lake House

We chose this location due to its close proximity to Denton Farm Park & Event Venue (attending Country and Bluegrass Festival) and the total price was slightly less than booking 3 rooms at a hotel that was 35-40 minutes away. We had no issues at all, comfortable, clean, plenty of hot water, and felt right at home. We only spent our mornings and late evenings there due to the festival hours. We loved hanging out on the top porch/deck. I wish we had more time to enjoy the dock and lake. They provided everything you needed to swim, kayak, pool floats, paddle board, etc. A great place to vacation with a large family and to bring your own boat, jet ski or pontoon if allowed. Our friends are mobility challenged and could not walk down to the dock. The main level was great for them. The shower was easy to step in and out of. We are not tech savvy so accessing programs on the TV's was a challenge due to programming streamed over internet. Internet service was great. I would rent this facility again if we were in the area. The host was awesome and there for us when we had questions about securing the door and the alarm system. WE WERE VERY PLEASED.

Our family was looking for a place to celebrate some fall birthdays and an early Thanksgiving.This retreat checked all the right boxes. This lakehouse provides great fishing, kayaking, boat rides cookouts, cozy rooms, an equipped kitchen and enough entertainment for the whole family. We hope to come back soon!
