Cette maison mise Ă  jour a tout!

Cette grande maison dispose de 4 chambres - 2 queen, 1 king, et 1 twin, plus un canapé-lit. Cette maison récemment rénovée a tous les nouveaux appareils et granit, et les deux salles de bains sont entiÚrement neuves avec des carreaux et du marbre. Il y a une merveilleuse véranda donnant sur le lac avec des vues spectaculaires et sans obstacle sur l'eau et la faune. Vous allez adorer prendre votre café le matin et regarder le lever du soleil. La cuisine et la salle de séjour est un grand espace ouvert et est conçu pour les grandes familles. Sous le porche filtré est un patio avec une balançoire et un mobilier d'extérieur. Il y a beaucoup de flotteurs et de différentes tailles de gilets de sauvetage pour profiter de l'eau, et il y a une table de ping-pong, 2Úme salle de bain et laveuse / sécheuse en bas. Deux kayaks sont également à votre disposition. En 2018, nous avons construit une plage au bord de l'eau avec du vrai sable de plage. C'est tellement agréable et relaxant, et les enfants aiment particuliÚrement jouer dans le sable. Il y a aussi un foyer pour les soirées prÚs de l'eau autour du feu.

We had a great time on the lake swimming and kayaking. Also, loved having Scallywags just two doors down. I had the chicken sandwich, it is huge. The owners of the house were fantastic.

Perfect Getawaya

Property was exactly as described. Beautiful home with lots of space for our family. We spent mornings on the screened in porch drinking our coffee and watching the sunrise, and evenings fishing and playing games. It truly was the perfect getaway. Great stay

Property was even better than pictures. Location was great, view was wonderful, fun was has by all. The dock was perfect for our rented pontoon and the house had everything we needed and we even walked to Scallywags for dinner. Nothing could have been better for our group.

Great Family Getaway

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time. The home is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed for the week. Highlights for us included swimming off the pier, campfires on the sandy beach and tubing on the lake. Owner is kind and helpful We plan to come back!!

Beautiful, very comfortable and relaxing.

We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The house had everything you need and more. We caught fish off the dock, spent time on the netted off porch and enjoyed a couple red moon rises that were epic.

We are semi-retired Christian couple with four grown sons and seven grandchildren. We moved back to NC in 2015 after being in MD for 12 years on a work assignment. Our home is in Lexington, NC. We own and operate a tree farm on our NC property that grows privacy screen trees. Our lake home is just 30 minutes away.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

One thing we really love about this property is the gentle slope to the water. We did not want a lot of steps to walk to get to the water. Another thing we love is that this home is a rancher style. Houses in the Lake Forest area are not jammed on top of each other like in other areas of the lake, so we liked the size of the lot. The property is very close to a marina that has a restaurant.

We both love to fish and enjoy the water, but as we still both work, we decided to share our lovely home with others who would enjoy it like we do. When we started looking for a lake home, we settled on this property, primarily because we love Badin Lake for its superior water quality and beauty. The house needed updating, and we are glad to be finished with all the hard work involved in making this a comfortable and lovely property.
