Dock Holiday - beautiful views on Badin Lake

Welcome to Dock Holiday! Let lake life take away all your cares and relax! Relax on the dock or swing in the gazebo with beautiful views off Badin Lake. Kayak in the quiet cove or swim/float off the dock.
Master upstairs with a king bed and private bath. Downstairs is a King bedroom and a 2 Twin XL bedroom which share a large bathroom. Living room also includes a Queen sleeper sofa. All bedding is included as well as bath towels (and bath sheets for those of us that love a big towel) along with bath essentials. Downstairs is a full kitchen well stocked for your cooking needs and a Dining Table that will fit 8. We also have a coffee/bar area with a Keurig, regular coffee pot and all the glassware for some great cocktails or a glass of wine - just bring your favorite adult beverages!

So many options to enjoy outside too! You can grill on the deck and enjoy the large flat yard for some fun games or sit and relax and enjoy the sunset. Explore the cove and nearby islands with 3 kayaks included as a complimentary amenity. Splash Mat, floats, life vests and beach towels are also included. We have a 22ft pontoon boat for rent as well (please inquire about pricing and availability).

There are some fun lakeside restaurants nearby with bands on the weekends for entertainment. Badin Lake is a clean and refreshing fresh water lake with a vast area of the Uwharrie National Forest surrounding the lake for hiking, biking or Jeeping. The scenery is stunning with lots of lake to explore! The birdwatching is wonderful here. There are some other great surrounding areas waiting for you to come explore - Mount Pleasant, Richfield, Morrow Mountain State Park, Asheboro (which has a great zoo) and High Rock.

We are just an hour from Charlotte, Winston-Salem and Greensboro and just 1.5 hours from Raleigh-Durham. We have sister properties very nearby if you have a larger group. Please inquire for availability.
