This unit is located on the second floor.
While the closest beach access is about a 1 mile walking distance or about a 10-minute walkout is a short drive with plenty of free parking adjacent to The Back Porch Restaurant and the June White Decker Public Beach where you will have convenient access to restrooms and shower facilities. Henderson Beach State Park is only 1.6 miles away a short 5-minute drive.
There is a washer and dryer off of the back porch in the storage room.
There is parking available for trailers and boats for $20.00 a day but we would need to know ahead of time to make sure there is enough spaces open.
There are 3 pools located around the property. You are welcome to use all of them
You may want to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. We provide a starter pack and that includes 1 of everything.
Please keep in mind if any unauthorized animals are present during your stay, a $250.00 fee will be charged to your stay.
