Spacieux condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain au 10Úme étage. Situé directement sur la plage dans la communauté fermée de Breakers East. Profitez des belles plages de sable blanc de la cÎte d'émeraude. Détendez-vous sur votre balcon privé de 30 pieds avec une vue spectaculaire sur le front de mer.

Cuisine entiÚrement équipée. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size télévision par cùble à écran plat / DVD; rideaux d'occultation.
Master suite salle de bain a une combinaison baignoire / douche et vanité simple. La deuxiÚme chambre dispose de 2 lits queen size; télévision par cùble. The truth is, the stay was fantastic. It had everything you needed. It was very central, with shops, restaurants, and supermarket just 5 to 8 minutes away. I highly recommend it... and I would definitely book again.

This property and location was just what we wanted and expected. Access to the beach and the other surrounding events was the best I’ve ever encountered on my trips previous trips to Florida in the past. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Very clean apartment with a great view

I have to say that the apartment was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, which is very rare for me to say outside of my own home. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. Whenever I had a question prior to arriving, the manager got right back to me. They were very patient with me and I appreciated that.

View and location are incredible. Loved the included beach service, too. The property felt safe and was an easy drive to many great restaurants and activities.We didn't know the laundry room would only be accessible through one of the bedrooms, which wasn't ideal for our sleeping arrangements and running a load of laundry in the evening but we had a little one sleeping in that space. Also, the bedding was pretty worn out, but we visited at the end of summer so that may be part of the reason. Those two things weren't big issues but worth knowing about. There was a weird smell throughout our stay and the maintenance came promptly (twice!) to try to address it for us, which was very much appreciated.

winter Break 2021

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Destin. Our Condo was very nice, perhaps in need of a little updating , but was very comfortable, roomy and the view was amazing. There was plenty of dishes, cookware, towels and blankets. The beach was easily accessible and covered parking was very nice. All of the staff, that we encountered, were so friendly and helpful. When I needed to talk to the property manage, she responded very quickly. All in All, we would definitely stay here again.

Great property

Property was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Located within distance of everything and everywhere you’d want to go. There was plenty of space for everyone and room was clean and already equipped with all your necessities. Only hiccup was I paid extra for the room which was supposed to be ready at 1300 and unfortunately when I arrived they was still cleaning the room. Staff was friendly and said they wasn’t told by management and ask for an hour to finish things up so we had to make plans for something in the meantime. Other than that the experience was great I would consider revisiting.
