This is a course front home on Pinehurst No 3. Walk to Pinehurst Resort and the future Golf Hall of Fame, from this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, Mid-Century Modern (MCM) home. Very unique architecture, lofted ceilings and an open layout. Enjoy the weather and grill out on the back deck while watching golfers play the Par 3 #14 hole on Course No. 3. You can even see the cradle from the backyard! The Village of Pinehurst and historic downtown area are only minutes away.

There are 6 beds (1 king, 1 queen, 3 twins, and 1 twin daybed). 2 full bathrooms. 3 bedrooms. Laundry on-site. Propane grill. Coffee pot with filters (must bring own coffee). Bumper Pool table. Poker Table.

Newly remodeled with a beautiful master bathroom. New flooring. Extremely fast internet (500+ Mbps download), two TV’s with full Spectrum Sports TV packages. A poker table in the Carolina room and more!

Fantastic little property in No. 3 fairway and very close to Pinehurst and the Cradle. We had a group of 4 and it was very spacious and convenient.

Great stay- close to Pinehurst Resort

The place was perfect for a golf trip. Right off hole 14 of Pinehurst #3.Very conveniently located for all things golf and for everything downtown Pinehurst has to offer.Max was a great host. Would stay here again.

The home was good. It had the essentials to begin a stay. The Smart TV would not work. Host replied within 30 minutes through the text messaging on this app. For some reason his phone did not accept phone calls. Bed mattresses were on the hard side. It was less that I was expecting for the price.

Beautiful view of course #3 at Pinehurst

This property provided beautiful views of the 14th hole on course #3. Plenty of space for outdoor dining, relaxing in the living room, and for eating and socializing in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Walkable to the Carolina Inn and to downtown Pinehurst. Great location and very comfortable!

Awesome location from the #2 Pinehurst resort and Downtown Pinehurst. Was awesome to sit out on the back porch and watch golfers come through! Really Enjoyed this property. House was very spacious and was able to fulfill all our needs! Thank you!!

UNIQUE PROPERTY - perfect golf getaway!

This little spot was so surprisingly great! We kept discovering new rooms & areas around each corner. Lots of room to spread out & lots of room to hang together. The house was clean upon arrival & very welcoming. One of the days was stormy so we had to stay inside for several hours— no problem! The game loft & poker room provided much entertainment (We appreciated the QR codes on how to play some of the games!) Thanks to Max for providing such a comfortable environment for the golf tournament. 100% recommend!
