Ok stay but there are rodents.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool is great as well as the location. The house was clean, however, floors were sticky and kitchen utensils/pots/pans/dishwasher were outdated and run down. But the kicker is the rodents in the walls and under the floors. Scratching and bumping around all night that wakes you up- like it’s loud. I actually looked under the master bed at one point thinking I would find something. There is a hole under the master bedroom when wires and what not are fed to the house but the hole is bigger than needed and you can see claw marks around the foam pipe covers from whatever is crawling up there. We also found fleas that I am assuming is from the rodents (we did not have any animals with us). We informed the management company- they just replied with “we will let maintenance know”.

Review of a trip we didn’t take and couldn’t cancel

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It sucked. I rented expecting to have a nice vacation and then work called. I tried to cancel the trip with no luck. When I purchased my days, a link stated that booking insurance had been made available to me so I didn’t think much of it. I didn’t have the insurance... I couldn’t cancel and the owner wouldn’t let me change dates. I gave the vacation away to my brother. Cost me $1600.00
