We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this home! It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family to relax and spend quality time together. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind after busy days enjoying New Braunfels and Schlitterbahn.One of our favorite parts of the stay was the wildlife. We had several deer visit the yard every day, and they were so comfortable around people that they came right up to us. It was such a special experience and something our family will remember for a long time.The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the location made it easy to get to local attractions while still feeling like a relaxing retreat. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would gladly stay here again!

Great Place

We absolutely love this house. This was our first experience with VRBO and it was great. The house was wonderful. I loved the location and also we loved the goats. I would definitely book staying here again.

Quaint and efficient

This home was close proximity to our family friends and the highway, which was efficient for us. The home is a little dated, but well maintained and had sufficient space and items in the home for our family.

Amazing beds

We absolutely enjoyed our stay the AC was a little hot but not a huge deal it’s Texas and July. The beds though were our absolute fav and amazing and we had the best nights sleep on all of the beds. The neighbors goats were sweet and greeted us at the back door both mornings

We fell in love with New Braunfels many years ago and dreamed of one day owning a home near Gruene. Our family all reside in or around San Antonio so when the opportunity came up to buy in New Braunfels we jumped. We live out of state and love that we have a place to land when we come for extended visits. And now we get to share our little slice of heaven with others.

I love that we are nestled back away from the business, yet within minutes of all there is to do in New Braunfels, Gruene District, Seguin and Cibolo. Fredericksburg, Austin and San Antonio are also within easy driving distance

Quiet, off the beaten path. Comfortable floor plan. Easy access to Hwy 46 and I 35.
