Keyless entry door lock..no keeping up with any keys during your stay!!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 19th floor directly overlooking the pools, lazy river and beautiful ocean! Located right in the middle of the complex with the shortest walks to the elevators. You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, custom tile backsplash, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 50" HDTV in the master and a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are is a King bed in the Master, King in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

We had a wonderful stay at Beachfront w/ Lazy River and Slide!! The condo was incredibly clean, spacious, and well maintained. The view of the beach was absolutely beautiful, and we loved being able to enjoy it right from the condo. The easy access to the beach made it so convenient to come and go throughout the day. The lazy river and slide were such a fun bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything about our visit was relaxing and comfortable, and it was the perfect place to spend time together. We will definitely be back!

Amazing condo!

Everything was as expected and wonderful! Beds were super comfortable, plenty of space for the family, and the lazy river and pool were perfect when we needed a break from the beach! Security was so nice and check in was quick and easy. Getting in and out of the complex was a breeze. Plenty of room on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for family vaca!

We loved this property. The apartment was perfect for our group (4 adults; 3 teenagers). Everything was clean, well-stocked, and in good condition. The location was perfect; close to everything but not overly crowded, We really enjoyed the indoor pool because it was chilly a couple days, The 4th bathroom was a nice bonus for our group as well. The Wifi was nice and strong; which helped those of us that had to do some work. We are considering renting again in 2026 for spring break!

Excellent condo

The condo was excellent, clean, well maintained. The lazy river and slide were big hits with the kids. I would suggest to add in the "check in" notes to include how to find the lobby. It was kind of confusing. Also, we used the laundry area and the dryer was working but needed to run thru twice. May need to be serviced. Overall, excellent stay!

Summer vacation Orange beach

The condo is very nice with an excellent view. It is very spacious and nice location. It is equipped with great TV’s, internet and cable service. We had an issue with the washer and it was promptly fixed the next day. The resort has a great lazy river, slide and pool. The kids loved this:) I would definitely stay again.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. The condo was a perfect size and layout. The ocean was very close and we could listen to the waves and enjoy the beach right from the condo. The complex had the best lazy river ever. We also really appreciated the carts that were provided to move luggage to and from the condo, that was a very nice touch. The condo appeared to be nice and clean but after walking around for just a couple hours all of the bottoms of our feet were black. I think the cleaner swept well but did not mop. The dryer while getting warm, would not dry our towels. There also weren’t any kitchen hand towels or dish cloths which we found very odd.We however loved our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful trip other than the temperature in the unit. The unit was too warm for our entire stay. Property staff let us know that this was due to a chiller problem with the AC that wasn’t fixed during our trip. The unit also did not have any oven safe mittens for removing warm objects from the oven which was a safety hazard when cooking. Overall great experience!! Hoping to be back next summer!

This was the first time visiting Orange Beach. This condo was the perfect fit for our family with plenty of space. We will definitely be back.

We were only able to put a few items in it, due to it not cooling good. There is a sign on the fridge stating this, but we only had milk, drinks, sandwich meat and condiments and it didn’t cool and spoiling the food. We ended up using the wine fridge and didn’t have this issue and it was much smaller.
