The host communicated well with me answering all my questions in a timely manner before we arrived and allowed an early check-in smoothly. The property was nice and great view on the water. Would stay here again.

This is my 3rd time staying at this property between the two villas available to rent. You can’t beat the view, pool (shared with other Villa, but has never been an issue), and short walk to private beach. I almost want to not leave a review and leave this place my little secret. Property owners Eugene and Kevin are accommodating and responsive. I am grateful to be able to share this place with friends and spend time here with family.

Relaxing place to drink coffee on the dock in the morning. Used the pool once and it was actually warm enough for me! Everything was very clean and things left there too make our stay more enjoyable like pool noodle/rafts, all for a reasonable price... Will likely be looking for this place again the next time we need to stay near my in - laws!

Overall, a great stay. Fabulous location on intracoastal waterway, very peaceful and quiet. Lovely neighborhood and pool area. Listed as 1 block to beach…..You have to go down street a long block then a healthy block over, then a pathway to beach, another “block”. Unless you are an avid walker, I would not attempt. I walk a mile 3-5x a week— too far for me. SENIORS: Steep front steps AND steep pool steps with no handrails: I fell getting out of pool and 3 weeks later my shin is still healing. Inside very clean, updated well-appointed kitchen, updated baths and washer/dryer. Living room furniture very uncomfortable—needs replacing. Beautiful views from living area and 2nd bedroom. Great for dogs. Our chihuahua was right at home!

Beautiful setting with pool, water view!

Another great stay at this property. I love the location and fit for a family with 2BR and 2BA. Outdoor seating and lounge chairs, heated pool, and close to the ocean. Well outfitted and a great host!

Relaxing stay at Highland Beach

Clean, convenient location and nice access to the beach and shared pool. Very relaxing sitting at the dock, watching the occasional boat traffic and listening to the water feature in the pool. Excellent communication with the host.

Perfect vacation!

We loved the pool, spa, location on inter pastel and near the ocean. We fished of the pier and barbecued on the patio. Great fun!

Great stay!

This is our second time staying at this apartment and we had a great time again! The backyard pool, deck, tiki setup is the highlight! Our kids absolutely loved the heated pool and swam from sun up to sun down. The location is perfect for us and the short walk to the beach was nice as well.

Great property on the canal!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property, and both times have been fantastic! There were some upgrades to the kitchen since our last stay and it was super nice. We love having the pool and hot tub. In the evenings it is so relaxing to sit on the back patio and look out at the canals.

Highland Beach Triplex, Center Unit

We were visiting from California. Great location if you want to explore the ICW and Florida's east coast. The home is beautiful, has a great view, pool, washer & dryer, coffee maker, & fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, docking our rental boat, & swimming in the pool. We will definitely stay here again!
