Was perfect for work trip

Was perfect for work trip with a colleague. Parking great and easy and the beach across street made for lovely walks. We were able to cook easy breakfast and lunch.

Property pretty good shape. Very clean upon arrival.. There were newer towels however some of the towels were worn and should be removed. There were adequate cooking utensils and dishes.a large fridge and microwave. . washer dryer in apt. was a real plus. Furnishings were simple but comfortable there was some wear to living room coffee table and kitchen table. Some of the window blinds were worn from age but operated correctly Its is a very nice area across street from parks with walking trails and ocean beaches. Downtown Boca is a short 15 minute walk over bridge. Neighbors were quiet for most part no disturbances.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for our needs in attending family weekend at our daughter’s college and visiting with family that resides nearby. Weather was not entirely cooperative so we did spend a great deal of time indoors. When we were able to use it, the beach access was great as well as nearby restaurants and shopping. Few areas requiring improvement - ground floor entry way to elevator is incredibly moldy and odor is unbearable. Thankfully this did not carry through to the apartment and we opted to use external stairs as a result. There was no instruction or access to the pool. It was locked the entirety of our stay. However, in fairness we didn’t reach out to find out if/how to utilize. The apartment has all basic amenities needed but dish/glass set is a bit lacking/not enough or uniform and pots pans can use an upgrade. Thankfully there only ended up being two of us instead of the 4 initially planned. Normal wear and tear in the space we would expect of a place that is used frequently. I am still rating 5 stars and would stay again.
