This place exceeded my expectations. It was in a quiet community. Extremely close to Atlantic Avenue and the beach- both very walkable. It was very clean, had nice linens, and was directly in front of a nice little patio with a grill- we enjoyed our 5-night stay and would absolutely book again-

Property was well kept and the unit tastefully furnished. Added amenities beach towels, chairs and cabana excess a bonus. Ideal location for walking everywhere. We were group of 4 adults and unit was spacious enough for the week. Recommend this unit and will definitely rent again.

Perfect location near food, shopping & beach

The most beautiful beach 2 blocks away- perfectly clear water and clean! Easy walk to food and coffee. Fun surf shops nearby, too. Condo is cute, comfy bed and pillow. Our daughter stated 1 night and enjoyed the 2nd bedroom as well.

Coconut Grove

We have stayed in different units in Coconut Grove and this one was by far the nicest! It is within walking distance to everything. The beach pass is a definite bonus, less items you have to lug down to the beach. Everyone was so nice and easy to deal with. Diane was super helpful with everything! Will stay here again!

We had an excellent Memorial Day weekend trip. Very very clean.. Well stocked kitchen (if you feel like cooking) and very comfortable beds!! Very clean linens and nice fluffy white towels. Walk to everything. Beach(very close). Restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back. And, the beach passes where very much enjoyed!!

Quiet stay

Liked the place. Perfect for 2 people. The shower is tight. But very clean. Didn’t get to use the pool, but it is a very comfortable place. We were there in November so the season hadn’t quite started yet. The traffic was manageable and the Delray free Gitney buses were the perfect answer to a night out on Atlantic Ave.

Central A/C unit is steps to heated pool. Seasonal rentals. Small pet allowed. Free WiFi & parking. fine dining and shopping within walking distance. There are also washers and dryers available next door to this unit for your convenience.
Like to play golf? There are several world-class golf courses are just a short drive away. Tennis tournaments 1/2 mile away. Garlic Fest every year. Delray Affair in April. Our 4th of July celebration is amazing! Delray is amazing!
A home away from home. Just bring your luggage & toothbrush, we will take care of the rest!

**Be sure to verify your area, if you are looking for quick ocean access, this place will accommodate this only 300 steps. I notice a lot of listings saying by ocean but usually 7-8 blocks away. We are truly walking distance.
