HOW FAR TO BEACH: About a 10-minute walk, 0.5 miles to the beach. You will exit Courtside Villas, walk on the sidewalk down Deallyon Ave., cross over South Forest Beach Drive, onto the path to the beach.

PLEASE NOTE: this villa is on the second floor and is NOT handicapped accessible. This is a three-story condo located on the second floor of the Courtside Villa complex. If you have difficulty with stairs, this property is not for you.

***POLICIES***
• All beach items must be cleaned off and placed in the storage closet. A $250 charge will be applied for additional cleaning of beach items.
• Guests must abide by all Courts rules and policies. If any fines are issued, the guest is responsible for all payments due.
• No smoking
• No pets a $400+ fee will apply if a pet is on the premise/property
• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• Must be at least 25 years old to book
• Additional fees and taxes may apply
• Photo ID may be required at check-in

PETS: The property manager will monitor and be notified when pets are seen on the Courtside property. A one-
day notice to remove the pet will be given to the occupant of the condominium, after which a fine (details below) will be imposed on the owner. The fines will increase in severity if there are multiple violations after the first notice has been given.

Pet Fines: Daily violation: $400+ per day until removed
