We look forward to hosting you and your family and friends in this beautiful Sea Pines Villa located in the heart of world famous Harbour Town. This pristine spacious gem is a stunning second floor 3 bedroom villa in highly sought after Clipper Court Villas. NEW! For the remainder of 2026, $100 in credit towards your exclusive 3 Day Unlimited Golf Package through renowned Heritage Golf Clubs. Including Port Royal Club, Palmetto Hall Club, Oyster Reef Course and Shipyard, these amazing Lowcountry golf packages are well priced to start, and for a limited time we offer an additional $100 as a booking incentive for our golfing enthusiasts! One credit per reservation.

Stroll to dinner at any of the amazing restaurants in the marina, and take in the shops, yachts, Lighthouse, live music and mellow, friendly vibe of the South Carolina Lowcountry.

Our sage green Clipper Court property offers a main level queen en suite bedroom, spacious living and dining areas and boasts new flooring, furniture, fixtures, and so much more. Upstairs guests will find the primary king bedroom en suite and also a bedroom with two twins that can also be easily converted to a second king bed. A baby crib is also on site for folks with little ones. All bedrooms have large closets, large new smart TV's, new linens and strong WIFI. All details that insure a wonderful stay have been thought of!

This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you! The Sea Pines Resort trolley picks up right in Harbour Town to take you to the beautiful white sand beaches at the Beach Club or South Beach Marina.

To make your vacation more enjoyable and virtually hassle free we provide all linens, beach towels and chairs, two complimentary bikes, a cooler and much more.
Use the free bikes to explore all of the natural beauty that SeaPines has to offer. Cool off after a day at the beach relaxing on the veranda. Pool access is off site during peak season, through the South Beach Pool in South Beach Marina. Ask for details. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for a stop at security. Just head straight to the villa, park right in front, and hit the sand!

Great location right in Harbourtown. Very responsive host/ property manager. Two bikes were provided and that was a really nice benefit as we rode them a lot. This was our first time in Hilton Head and we absolutely loved it.

Overall, great location. Condo was nice however stairs should be mentioned going up to condo and inside. A little inconvenient for older people.

We loved our stay!Communicating was quick, easy, and helpful. The villa was clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Lots of extras included bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and more.We were even tested with a host gift!Love this villa and will return every year if possible!

Absolutely amazing!

Book the vacation! This was my families first ever vacation and it could not have been better! The villa was so nice and felt like a home away from home. The location was amazing. Harbor town was more than we had imagined and we loved walking to all the shops, eating at every restaurant, and getting ice cream! The trolley was so nice to go to surrounding locations including the amazing beach at Sea Pines. I highly recommend this vacation villa and we are already looking into booking our next visit!

Heaven in Harbourtown

Our stay at this rental property in Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head, was exceptional. Nestled in the heart of Harbourtown, the property boasts immediate access to charming shops, gourmet dining, and a beautiful beach. The nearby children’s playground was perfect for our kids, making it a true family-friendly retreat. The convenience of trolley access meant we never had to worry about driving, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. Ideal for families seeking luxury and convenience, this property is a gem in a high-end resort. Highly recommended!

Perfect Golf Getaway!

The Clipper Court condo was lovely! It had everything we wanted and needed for 6 days in Hilton Head. The location was great. The condo was spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and has been newly renovated. A few notes - the bathrooms were on the small side and the stairs were a little steep. It was fine for us but could be difficult for some. The king bed was really comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped. It was great to have a parking space in Harbortown. I would definitely stay there again or any of the seapinesvilla.com or seapinesrentals.com properties.

Sea Pines Villa exceeded every expectation. From arrival to checkout, the experience was seamless — the villa was immaculate, thoughtfully appointed, and exactly as advertised. What stood out most was the hospitality. The hosts were genuinely attentive without being intrusive, responsive to every question, and clearly take pride in what they've created. That kind of ownership is rare and makes all the difference. Traveling with a pet can be stressful, but not here. The property is legitimately pet-friendly — not just "pet-tolerated" — and our dog settled in immediately. The setup made it easy to enjoy the full Hilton Head experience without the usual logistical headaches that come with bringing a four-legged family member. The cleanliness was spotless — top to bottom, no exceptions. It's the kind of clean that tells you the hosts have real standards, not just a checklist. If you're considering Sea Pines for your next Hilton Head trip, stop deliberating. Already looking at return dates.
