We look forward to hosting you and your family and friends in this beautiful Sea Pines Villa located in the heart of world famous Harbour Town. This pristine spacious gem is a stunning second floor 3 bedroom villa in highly sought after Clipper Court Villas. Stroll to dinner at any of the amazing restaurants in the marina, and take in the shops, yachts, Lighthouse, live music and mellow, friendly vibe of the South Carolina Lowcountry.

Our sage green Clipper Court property offers a main level queen en suite bedroom, spacious living and dining areas and boasts new flooring, furniture, fixtures, and so much more. Upstairs guests will find the primary king bedroom en suite and also a bedroom with two twins that can also be easily converted to a second king bed. A baby crib is also on site for folks with little ones. All bedrooms have large closets, large new smart TV's, new linens and strong WIFI. All details that insure a wonderful stay have been thought of! This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you! The Sea Pines Resort trolley picks up right in Harbour Town to take you to the beautiful white sand beaches at the Beach Club or South Beach Marina.

To make your vacation more enjoyable and virtually hassle free we provide all linens, beach towels and chairs, two complimentary bikes, a cooler and much more.
Use the free bikes to explore all of the natural beauty that SeaPines has to offer. Cool off after a day at the beach relaxing on the veranda. Pool access is off site during peak season, through the South Beach Pool in South Beach Marina. Ask for details. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for a stop at security. Just head straight to the villa, park right in front, and hit the sand!

Absolutely amazing!

Book the vacation! This was my families first ever vacation and it could not have been better! The villa was so nice and felt like a home away from home. The location was amazing. Harbor town was more than we had imagined and we loved walking to all the shops, eating at every restaurant, and getting ice cream! The trolley was so nice to go to surrounding locations including the amazing beach at Sea Pines. I highly recommend this vacation villa and we are already looking into booking our next visit!

Heaven in Harbourtown

Our stay at this rental property in Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head, was exceptional. Nestled in the heart of Harbourtown, the property boasts immediate access to charming shops, gourmet dining, and a beautiful beach. The nearby children’s playground was perfect for our kids, making it a true family-friendly retreat. The convenience of trolley access meant we never had to worry about driving, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. Ideal for families seeking luxury and convenience, this property is a gem in a high-end resort. Highly recommended!

Perfect Golf Getaway!

The Clipper Court condo was lovely! It had everything we wanted and needed for 6 days in Hilton Head. The location was great. The condo was spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and has been newly renovated. A few notes - the bathrooms were on the small side and the stairs were a little steep. It was fine for us but could be difficult for some. The king bed was really comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped. It was great to have a parking space in Harbortown. I would definitely stay there again or any of the seapinesvilla.com or seapinesrentals.com properties.
