Located in the beautiful country club community of Keowee Key. Come enjoy our hilltop unit that has custom bathrooms and kitchen. Guests have access to all amenities from the fitness center, boat rental, golf, pools, beaches, club and more! (Some fees may apply).

Enjoy this quiet and peaceful community. Do as much or as little as you want to do. Close to Clemson University for sports games. Hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, waterfalls and mountains are all right here.

The space - Two story end unit. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, each is an en-suite with completely renovated modern bathrooms. The full size washer and dryer are upstairs as well. There are televisions in both bedrooms.

Downstairs has a totally remodeled kitchen and bathroom. No expense was spared, including granite counter tops and soft close doors. The bathroom was totally renovated as well.

The living room has a leather power reclining sofa for ultimate comfort while relaxing. It adjoins the dining room. Both overlook the wooded backyard visible through 2 sets of new sliding glass doors. The television can be seen from both the living and dining room.

The front entry has a glass and screen door allowing you to enjoy beautiful cross breezes. The rear deck has outdoor seating for 4 with cushioned furniture.

Designated parking right in front of the unit.
Renters have full and exclusive use of the townhouse.
Other things to note: This is a gated country club community. guests have to provide information in advance of arrival for an access pass during their stay. Full use of amenities is available for all guests. Some things, such as golf and boat rentals have fees.

Of course, WiFi and television is included. We offer quite a few streaming platforms and live television.

For guests wishing to bring their own toys; boat, jet-ski, motorcycles, etc, arrangements can be made for trailer storage, dockage, etc.

We offer our guests assistance with planning and scheduling activities both within and outside of the community.
