Bedrooms/Sleeping arrangements:
-Main bedroom in the back of the house: 1 queen bed. TV with Roku.
-Bedroom 2: 1 pull-out daybed (Set up as a twin bed). Can also be used as a dedicated workspace with desk and chair.
-Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds
Bathroom:
Full bathroom in hallway is bright and clean with full size tub/shower with grab bars and additional storage. Towels are provided.
Back Yard:
-Large patio, picnic table seating up to 6, umbrella, bistro table and chairs, cover swing chair, string lights controlled by timer.
Side Yard:
-Fenced in grass lawn, string lights.
• Parking:
-Private parking : up to 2 compact cars or 1 large SUV in garage driveway (not covered parking).
-Free street parking as needed and available. (Please be aware of "No Parking Street Cleaning" signs on both sides of the streets.
• Getting around:
House has private parking for up to 2 compact cars or one large SUV in driveway (no covered parking). Free street parking as needed and available, and try not to park in front of the neighbor’s house. (Please be aware of No Parking street signs for “street cleaning” on Thursdays or Fridays 8am-12pm depending on which side of the street).
• Public transportation nearby as well as shared e-scooters (through an app) drop off/pickup location within walking distance. Uber and Lyft are usually only a few minutes away.

You'll have access to the entire house and yard EXCEPT the garage.
Please note:

We are always available through the platform, you can always reach us via the inbox or text messages. You can also call us for any emergency situations.
• Other details to note:
The house is conveniently located at a corner in a residential neighborhood and across from a commercial plaza. You could also walk to a 24 Hour Fitness (1 block away) as well as restaurants/fast food/coffee shops. The front of the house is located on a small side street parallel to a semi-major street, while the back/side of the house borders a quiet residential street. Please note some traffic noise could be heard inside and outside of the house, the new double-pane windows do minimize most of the traffic noise.
• Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. • • •Complimentary items are for your conveniences, however they are not restocked during the length of stay.
• An early check in or check out may be requested, subject to availability:
