Our family LOVED this condo! Very spacious, clean, peaceful, and amazing balcony and beach views!! Had all the amenities that we needed. Some reviews mentioned the interior was antiquated. It was a bit, but we weren’t looking to buy it (although we’d love to!), so it did not bother us a bit! It actually gave it some character and was a very cozy place for our family to get away and unwind. We will definitely rent this condo again and again in the future!

Beautiful beachfront condo. Place was clean and open. Spacious deck with large table and plenty of chairs to enjoy the view. King room was crowded but one person with luggage worked for us. Many outlets didn’t work in bathrooms and there were no extra comforts provided like beach towels/chairs, hot pads, small incidentals. Very poor communication for check in and gate access (which unexpectedly changed without notice). We will be back!! Those things will not deter our stay in the future!

Condo was pretty outdated and the kitchen was sparsely stocked. If you’re planning to cook at home at all, you won’t have the essentials that you need as far as cookware or spices. Beds were comfortable but it was odd to have 2 queen beds in the front master suite facing the beach and the king bed was in a room towards the back of the unit facing another condo building. Floors, shower and couch seemed dirty. The view was excellent and we were close to a lot of restaurants and shops which was a major plus.

This condo is in an excellent location with easy beach access and beautiful views. The price for the condo was good but the condo is dated.

Great place

Even though the weather shortened our trip, our condo made the trip enjoyable. We had enough space for everyone at the table for games and on the couch for binging movies! Of course the view of the Gulf was amazing

Large apartment with great views

The facilities were very well kept by the grounds crew. The location and views can’t be beat. The apartment was very large with plenty of beds.

Fantastic view

The balcony and view from this condo is perfect! We loved the location, easy walk to the grocery store, many restaurants. Loved having a second refrigerator and an ice maker!!

Ocean Vista Condominium 1101 has great views of the Gulf, the pool area and since it is a corner condominium you can see the Laguna Madre and the bridge too.

There were no beach chairs or umbrellas to use or rent. They set up 20 or more umbrellas everyday and only a few were used. We were told not to use them they were for owners only so asked to rent said we could not. All that work setting up and no use seems pointless. They should have taken my . The couch is old and stinks. Found a roach in the sink. I have a picture. The hot tub was more like a warm tub. The toilets are old and run need new flappers. The shower head was way to low I am over 6 feet tall was oddly low. Not fun squatting to wash.
