2 BR 2 BA Beach Condo 3 min Ă  pied de la plage 45 secondes Ă  pied des bains Ă  remous et des piscines!

Notre condo est un condo au premier étage, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain prÚs de la porte d'entrée et est à 3 minutes à pied de la plage et à 30 secondes à pied de la piscine principale chauffée avec trois bains à remous. A trois minutes à pied du restaurant et des courts de tennis.

Depuis que nous avons achetĂ©, nous avons peint tous les murs et les garnitures, installĂ© de nouveaux revĂȘtements de sol et achetĂ© de nouveaux meubles et matelas.

Nous possédons un café et notre équipement de fabrication de café dans la cuisine est haut de gamme.
Machine à expresso, moulin à espresso, moulin à café, presse française et excellente cafetiÚre (pas le 20 dollars M. Style café). Ne soyez pas surpris de trouver certains de nos excellents cafés dans le placard à votre arrivée.

Nous avons 1100 pieds de plage privée avec notre propre grill et pavillon en bord de plage. Location de kayak et de jouets aquatiques sur place. Nous avons cinq piscines, trois bains à remous et six courts de tennis. Si le nautisme est votre truc, nous avons un quai et une mise à l'eau sur place (contactez-nous pour plus de détails). Nous avons un parcours de golf de 9 trous et trois coups GRATUIT qui serpente à travers la station. Si vous aimez la cuisine cajun, nous avons le restaurant Louisiana Lagniappe sur place dans notre marina donnant sur le port de Destin. Les motifs de la station sont pleins de palmiers et de belles plantes et arbustes tropicaux. Le parking est juste à votre porte d'entrée (pas d'attente pour les ascenseurs). Notre unité est à 30 secondes de la piscine principale chauffée et de 3 bains à remous avec vue sur l'étang aux canards depuis la cuisine et le balcon avant. Du porche arriÚre, vous pouvez voir un peu du golfe et à 3 minutes du sable. Nous sommes également à 2 minutes en voiture et à 15 minutes à pied des restaurants et des magasins. Nous l'adorons ici et savons que vous aussi. A bientÎt.

Good location!

The property was really cute. It is a close walk to the beach! Could use a few updates and softer mattress in the master bedroom. Could also use more cabinet and counter space. Over all, we enjoyed our stay and loved the frappes! Now I want to try and make them at home! Thank you Kevin, for the personal phone call! It was nice to be informed of everything ahead of time and not have to wonder if there is this or that. We had no issues and were able to figure everything out with the helpful videos from Kevin. Would probably stay again just because the owner was so personable and helpful. That means a lot!

Great Place to Stay

This is a great place to stay. We are repeat customers and plan to return in the future. Great location with a quick walk to the beach and very close to the main pool. There are many extra amenities. Pitch and Putt, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Private Beach Bar. Kevin continues to make great updates and his place is always very clean.

Spring Break ‘24

We had a great time in Destin again this year! This was our third year at Sandpiper Cove and the first time we’ve stayed in this condo. The location of this unit was perfect for our family as we enjoyed both the beach and the pool each day of our stay and getting to either is quick and easy. We loved the amount of space we had and our kids enjoyed having a room to themselves. We especially loved the high-end coffee and espresso equipment and delicious coffees provided by the owner. He also provided detailed videos on how to work the espresso machine etc which we really appreciated. Kevin was a great host and very responsive to every communication making the whole process a great experience. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived with the exception of the floors which turned our bare feet black within minutes of our arrival. This wasn’t a big surprise as we’ve had similar experiences at other units - we suspected it’s due to asphalt residue getting tracked in from the parking lot on shoes. The bathrooms could both use some updates but it didn’t bother us. Over all we would definitely rent this unit again and for our family’s needs it’s probably our favorite so far. Having a great host and such a great location goes a long way! Definitely recommend.

Spring break

The condo was equipped with everything that we could possibly need and high quality items. Very comfortable accommodations. Only down side was the large group of families who rented above and beside us. They were not considerate of noise levels. That is out of control of the owners. Absolutely would rent again. Great place and owners.

Just a short walk

This condo is located in a big community with lots of small low-rise buildings. It's a first-floor unit, with parking close by both front and back. It's well maintained, and everything that we tried to use worked just fine. It's just a short walk (or golf cart ride or car ride) across the street to the beach. There is a nice restaurant within the property, and other restaurants just a short walk down the street. There's a big grocery store 1/4-mile away, too. You'll enjoy your stay here.

Location is fantastic

The place is clean, organized, and has some great coffee equipment which was a treat. It's very close to the beach, but also very close to the compound's heated pool and hot hubs, which is a big bonus!

Absolutely wonderful!

This unit was perfect for our girls trip! Location was great, unit was super clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Beds were comfy. Coffee was amazing! My interactions with the owner were more than I would expect with an owner. He is very easy to talk to and work with and gave us great tips on eating out and exploring the Destin area. Will definitely recommend this unit to friends and will return with my family!

Perfect location

Best location by far! Owner was easy to talk to and always responded quickly. Lots of “extras” for those visiting including several back back beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, and coffee!! The kitchen has recently been updated and is beautiful, washer and dryer was nice and new. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tubs were just around the corner of the condo. Beach access was easy and close! The only downside was the master bathroom needed work, needs updating/removing wall paper that was starting to peel, the ceiling has obviously had water damage from the upper level, and the carpet needs pulled up in the master bedroom and replaced with vinyl or something similar for easy cleaning. Overall is was a great stay and we were all happy and would stay again! You cannot beat this location!

Coffee Lover's Retreat

The condo was very nice and only 2 minutes from the lovely beach. The pool was farther across the complex but also very nice.. The owners also own a coffee shop, and their love and knowledge of coffee is evident in their equipment and coffee priducts in their kitchen. The condo is clean, comfortable, and up to date with technology and appliances. Only complaints are that the picture made the unit appear to be on the canal, but the water is actually across the street and none of the porches are private (all overlook parking lots). Also, the people staying in the unit upstairs were very loud.. They sounded like a herd of elephants! I appreciated the smoothie mix, though!

Love it

My family and I stay at sand piper cove almost every year. We really enjoy that it is a quiet family friendly environment. This unit was no different in that regard. It stood out in terms of extras. The coffee was wonderful and the cappuccino machine was a really nice addition. I would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxed beach vacation. If your looking for a party crowd, maybe try Panama City.

Location can’t be a 5 unless your on the beach

Everything was in good shape and well stocked. The washer and dryer looked brand new and worked greatThere is no outdoor space that has any privacy. In the picture of table with the water in the background the water is across a parking lot, not by the condo. The owner did call to see if I needed more coffee or anything. I am used to a balcony with an ocean view. If you don’t mind no ocean view and walking across the road to the beach you can save a lot of money . Destin is a great place to vacation.

Clean and Welcoming

Our stay was wonderful. The owner of condo was excellent to us. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Washer and Dryer was perfect having on vacation. Full kitchen was filled with cups, plates, forks, dishwasher. All new appliances. Just a short walk to beach/ and seconds from pool!

We live in Atlanta and always wanted a place at the beach. After renting for many years on VRBO, we decided to buy a second property.
We own a coffee shop and the coffee making equipment in the unit is high end.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Destin is a great place. Good clean Beaches, Great people, good food.
But the biggest thing is that we had no desire to be in a high rise with 1000 other vacationers and waiting on an elevator half the time. We park steps away from our unit and there are only a few people in our two story building. Perfect getaway.
