A clean, spacious, quiet, solid contemporary home in a natural serene environment. A perfect location for rest or remote work. A gem for multiple families with distinct floors and bathrooms. It has three generous bedrooms plus a loft with double bed. Gorgeous common spaces for a gathering on the first or second floor. The kitchen is new and well equipped with oven, dishwasher and white quartz countertops (2020) making working in the space easy and fun as it abuts the larger family room.
The space
For the indoor crowd...one can be cooking for a crowd, sitting by the fire or playing bumper pool. For the outside, there is so much more to be enjoyed when you step outside including a woodland fire pit and view of the brook. We are the only house on the street, sitting on a 5 acre lot. The house is 30 minutes from Gunstock and minutes to pristine hiking trails. Downtown Meredith is full of shops, movies as well as all levels of dining, wine tasting, entertainment and a spa (just 4 miles away). Lake Winnipesaukee (Fish Cove) is 1/2 mile away. A public boat launch is a mile away. The fire pit is 50 feet away! Very quiet and private spot with wildlife abound! The entertainment includes ping pong, bumper pool and lots of board and outdoor games. No need to bring sheets or towels or condiments. We want you to come and feel like guests in our contemporary cabin.

We want you to feel at home. You will be nestled in the wilderness with key pad entrance.
Other things to note
If it snows more than 4 inches the driveway will be plowed and the stairs shoveled. The garbage gets collected on Monday morning, the recycling has to be bagged or they will not collect it.
