Updated townhouse with gorgeous lake views! Our unit is walking distance to the inground pool, sandy beach, basketball, tennis, and kayaking! There is something for all ages. Updated 3 bedroom unit with beautiful granite counters, custom cabinets, 2.5 bathrooms, screened in porch, and large outdoor deck. Minutes away from Gunstock ski resort, Weirs Beach, Ellacoya State Park, and Bank of NH Pavillion!
No motorcycles, snow mobiles, trailers, or pets allowed for renters. Boat slips and moorings are for owners but there is a day dock for drop off and pick up that renters/guest may use. 2 cars/2 parking passes per stay.

Val‘s home was perfect for our family of five. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The decor is cozy and very comfortable. The location was great. The lake is absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to go back.

A gem on the lake

We were so pleased with this gem of a townhouse! My husband and I and two adult nieces were going to a concert at The Bank of NH Pavilion and decided to make it a mini getaway. This place was perfect! Townhouse had everything we needed, plus lake views, pool, beach area and house was as described. So glad I decided to work remotely one day because I could not have asked for a better office view!

Great location and condo for lakes region vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the condo at Samoset. Unit was clean, nice decor and great location for the lakes vacation. We had some difficulties with primary br ac the first night but after talking to Val the next day she had unit repaired quickly and was not an issue rest of week. We had friend visit for a few nights and would caution others that the 3rd br is a den with only pull out sofa. We did know this based on the listing and thought it would be ok but do have to say the sofa was not comfortable for adults, maybe ok for kids but would not have other adults use for a good nights sleep. All other bedding in the main and guest rooms were fine. We will consider starting again and recommend if only needed the 2 bedrooms.

Lovely townhouse in great location

My family of five adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It was clean, spacious and well appointed. The location was great
close to the lake and pool and had beautiful lake views. The condo complex had great facilities. We enjoyed pickleball and tennis, the private beach, the fun water trampoline/slide and the ability to launch our kayak on property. We were delightfully surprised by the fireworks show on property.

Great spot near Gunstock, right on the lake!

Great condo with beautiful views of the lake and quick access to Gunstock. The place was clean, well kept with new bathrooms and modern kitchen. While we stayed here for skiing it would clearly be spectacular in the summer as well.

Weekend Ski Getaway

Gorgeous View. Let's get that out of the way first! Everything was as expected. It was neat, well stocked, and very comfortable. We only got to stay 2 nights for a ski school weekend at Gunstock. The townhouse is 4 minutes away which was great. We were able to relax, enjoy the view, and cook in the fully appointed kitchen. It had everything that we could need. I am sure that it must be terrific in the summer with all the outdoor amenities right there too. We will have to return for that! Valerie gave us very detailed instructions and recommendations which added to enjoyment and convenience. Thank you again.

Great Winter Weekend Stay

We rented the unit for a quick weekend getaway to ski and visit with our immediate and extended family. The unit was exactly as pictured, spacious, clean and cozy! It afforded us the convenience of just showing up with our kids and groceries and not the hassle of packing sheets, towels etc that some home owners don’t provide. We love this area and Samoset. It was close to Gunstock, the view of the lake was spectacular and the communication with the owner Val was great! She provided wonderful recommendations and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. We would certainly book here again in the future!

Very New England Winter Escape

Perfect is the word that comes to mind for this spacious, extremely comfortable and clean townhouse. Please look no further, this place meets all your needs. Extremely well stocked in all areas. The kitchen has any and all cookware needed to cook a large Holiday dinner. The kitchen counters are so spacious and the set up is excellent. The appliances were in superb condition. The beds had plenty of pillows and soft blankets to keep you warm and help you fall asleep easily, along with them being the freshest ! Each level had its own heating mechanism that allowed everyone to adjust the temps to their liking. Plenty of extra blankets for the beds and couch when sitting in front of the fire, which we used while playing games in the living room after dinner. Pictures are accurate! Easy to find. We did dinner out practically across the street from this location. Views- absolutely beautiful and can walk the grounds to get a closer look of the lake. I would book again and again! My daughter flew in from California to enjoy a very New England Christmas, and it did not disappoint! Thank you! We will be back! Jen

Fantastic lakeside vacation

We were3 adults in our 60s and had a great week in July in this lovely townhouse on Lake Winnipesauke. House had everything we needed and was very spacious . Great views of the lake, great AC as it was warm that week. Loved being able to walk to the pool and lake. Owner had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. Loved the community too! Near two food stores and 2 health clubs as I like to workout. Highly recommend .
