As discussed and advertised, The bed arrangements are as follows. 3 bd/2ba 1 Queen bed, 4 Twin beds, and Queen sofa bed. The property space comfortably accommodates 4 people with maximum capacity of 8, however, the space becomes less comfortable when maximum capacity is reached. Perhaps a 4-5 bedroom house would be a more suitable space for your family size. We apologize the quality of the bedding didn’t meet your expectations. We also apologize you were unable to enjoy the pool table b/c of the worn cue sticks. We can replace the sticks so you and your family can enjoy this amenity. It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe place to stay. Although, the Spider webs are sometimes unavoidable, dust and hair particles left under the beds are unacceptable. We will refund you $25 off your cleaning fee. Again, we will provide the necessary cleaning supplies for your comfort. We can come by the property as early as tomorrow around 10am to resolve these issues. Please let us know if this time works for you.
