Very nice and private furnished "tiny home" for rent. Stand-alone luxury 5th wheel w/4 slides. Comes completely furnished.

Set up permanently on private property. Full kitchen with refrigerator.

Approximately 360 square feet and has lots of windows and high ceilings in the living area.

Also included are coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, toaster, etc.

Brand new queen-sized memory foam mattress.

Very private. Easy drive to most all of Tucson!

Set Up On Our Private Property In A Private Setting.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire 5th wheel and the fenced in area around it. There is an outdoor table and two chairs for sitting outside.

Tucked away and private, this unit offers space to relax without being right on top of anyone else.

We enjoyed our stay at Susan and Scott's. They were friendly and helpful.The 5th wheel was comfortable and private. . Would love to stay here again.

Warm and comfortable

I enjoyed a 2-week January stay. The hosts are very responsive and the neighborhood is quiet with beautiful sunset views. All appliances and systems in the unit worked perfectly. Furniture is comfortable and the streaming options are numerous. Wifi & cell service works well.

Property was well stocked and clean. Peaceful neighbor hood.The humm8ngbird feed attracted hummers, cactwren and noisy flickers. Fun to watch. Great to relax.

The best value in Tucson!

This was a great stay for us. The fifth wheel was a perfect place to stay. It was clean, spacious but cozy, had lots of thoughtful amenities and tons of storage. It felt very safe and secure. Easy check in. Susan was so helpful and responsive. The only possible issue would be the toilet in the WC has been exchanged from an rv toilet to a “real” toilet, which we appreciated, but it would be pretty tight for a larger sized person. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect first spot in our journey!

We never stayed in an RV before and we've been curious about the tiny house trend, so this was really special. Our flight was majorly delayed so we couldn't pick up our rental car which made for kind of a pricey Lyft ride, but the self check-in meant we didn't bother the owners and the next day they were SO KIND as to drop us at the airport to get our car! Truly above and beyond.The kitchen was well stocked, the heat and AC (yes, we needed some of each in late April!) worked great, the furniture and bed were comfortable, the owners were very responsive to our questions. 5/5 stars
