- NO PARTY! Deposit will be taken away once party occur. Only the amount of guest can be in the property. Any unreported guest is $30/person

- Late check out is $100, late check out more than 2 hours will consider another night

Absolutely loved my stay

I really enjoyed my stay here at Casa Boho, the house was clean , all services worked such as water , heating etc. The host was also very responsive to my needs. I will certainly book my future Vegas stay with Casa Bobo again.

Weekend stay

The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. We were one of the first few stays in this property so the price was reduced a bit. I would have been disappointed to pay more. The house has just been remodeled. Towel bars already loosely hanging on the walls, screen doors propped up, a work in progress.

Nice house, nice neighborhood Host didn’t respond when I was trying to let him know the front bathroom toilet was leaking a from the bottom no answer the back bathroom tub flooded we couldn’t wash the toilet they had the garage door locked

This guests brought 10 additional guests without letting us know. We did not receive any call regarding the complaint. The garage door is belong to the owner, it’s not open to guests.

Stayed in house

We checked in and stayed in this house. Nice neighborhood and location for our trip. Blinds and curtains were broken and frustrating. Outdoor lights situation needs to be resolved. One light kept coming on and off every minute, string of lights didnt work. Very dirtyfloors and garage. Very small bathrooms. Pool seemed unkept.

Due to high wind in Vegas, the dust situation was nothing we could prevent if the sliding door was left opened. We had pool cleaning scheduled every week and the pool guy came out on the second day during your stay. However, the weather was not something we could control. Sadly disappointed you had to leave it on the review when you already reached out to me agreeing on the wind situation that caused the floor dusty.

Not as Advertised

Untimely response from property owner, did not resolve concerns or address my requests. Terrible/unsafe neighborhood. Home was in disrepair. Property did not mirror what was advertised. Left 2 hours after check in. Thoroughly disappointed. Ruined my family's NYE vacation.
