Next to the wonderful Duomo in the historic city center. AC in all bedrooms. Fast WIFI

★ A beautiful fully equipped kitchen where you can cook and make you an espresso with our new Nespresso machine & have breakfast in the morning to have a great start in the day, ready to explore the city.

All names of the guests staying in my apartment has to be communicated to me before the stay. Shoes off in the apartment Quiet time 22:00 till 8:00am.

Perfect location for exploring Florence....literally a 1 min walk to the Duomo. This apartment is perfect for two couples. Two separate Master Suites with private bathrooms. Max and Sandra were exceptional hosts! Very accessible and quick to respond. One thing that was most helpful when requested from Max...we were a party of two couples with two different agendas for 2 of the 4 days. We quickly found out that the one set of keys we were given when we checked in made it difficult for us to go in different directions without coordinating a meet up to pass off keys to each other. I asked Max if he could supply an additional set of keys, snd he had them in my hands within 30 minutes. Made our visit even better. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Wonderful property in Florence!

This property is simply lovely. It is spacious with large bedrooms and plenty of space for a family to stay. They have thought of all necessary amenities like toiletries in the bathroom and coffee in the kitchen! The location couldn’t be more ideal. It is steps to the Duomo! Conveniently there is an elevator should you need one, as it is on the third floor of a beautiful building. We were there on the hottest days of the summer, so Air Conditioning was not optimal, but certainly not a deterrent to staying at the apartment. I couldn’t recommend this property more strongly. 5 star everything!
