Located in the heart of Roswell, this property boasts of an immaculate interior and a coveted location! Modern design and thoughtful touches are throughout this spacious layout - With great trails, restaurants, parks and shops within short walking distance. You’ll be sure to fully relax and enjoy your incredible getaway!

3 Bedrooms with an ensuite bath, one bedroom with a full-size murphy bed, a loft space complete with a reading nook, games, and 4 twin murphy beds. The stairs to the loft are not suitable for small unsupervised children. Everything else in the house is on the main floor with no need to climb stairs.

Guests will have full access to the main house except for one closet near the laundry room. You can park in the front and enter through the main door which has no stairs. You can park in the beautiful 3 car garage which has an entrance to the home that does include stairs.

Absolutely wonderful! Perfect house for a family reunion. Plenty of space to spread out and large space for eating and hanging out together. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of refrigerator space, comfortable beds, everything needed for a one-year old. Anything we could think of needing. we found. Everything is also well-organized and labeled so easy to return things to proper place. Very cold for Atlanta so we spent a lot of time indoors. The location is ideal for visiting Roswell, good restaurants nearby and trails in walking distance. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We could not have asked for a better house for our wedding weekend at Ivy Hall. I can’t recommend this house enough for any and all visitors to old Roswell. It met our needs and exceeded our expectations. It was the cherry on top of a perfect weekend!!

This house was perfect for our family of 6. The entire house is beautiful in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Atlanta. Kayla is a fantastic owner and host. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Roswell Heritage House

It was wonderful staying in the historical area of Roswell and being able to walk to restaurants and hiking. The house was very comfortable and large enough for my family. There were books to read in games to play and a big dining room table for us all to sit around

Awesome Space to be Together

Our family needed to head to Roswell for a funeral and we needed a place to stay together. The family was perfectly accommodated in this listing. We ranged from 2 months old to 68, and everyone had different levels of abilities and some were quite limited, but the house worked for all of us. It was in a great location, and we enjoyed our time together.

Perfect house for families!

We had a perfect experience staying at this home! We were in town for my grandson's one year birthday and looking for a place to accommodate my both my kid's families plus 2 sets of grandparents. We were all together, but also had enough personal space! The house had everything we needed, and we appreciated the personal touches that the host had available.

Excellent property

We enjoyed our stay with family for my graduation ceremony. Property was clean in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and other amenities. Very thoughtful about needs of the guests. Excellent communication with the property manager including letting us check out late due to the delay in our flight. Will definitely recommend if looking for accommodation in historic part :

Roswell House

Very clean and modern. Every supply item, appliance and facility were provided and well labeled. The full-size laundry complete with supplies was very helpful as was the gas grill. The location was great with easy walks to restaurants, parks and trails and a little longer walk or drive to Canton St with all its restaurants, shops and bars. Also the 3 car garage was a nice bonus.

Absolutely Wonderful

This property and host could not have been better. The house is exactly as advertised: beautiful and spacious, perfect for adults and children, and in a great location in Roswell. The host has done a marvelous job making sure everything you might need is there, plus more. She even reached out a few days before our stay to ask what else we might need to best accommodate our little one! We stay at many VRBOs and this has topped our list. If we could give it more than 5 stars, we would.

Exceptional Home

This home is absolutely beautiful, very organized, and clean. It’s located near restaurants, coffee shops, walking trails and more! The host made a binder of helpful information and which places are within walking distance and other places of interest. The house is well stocked with basics and has lots of games and activities to keep all ages entertained. Lots of room for a large family to be together. The host is wonderful and provided lots of extras to make the stay more comfortable. She replies to questions quickly and is very friendly to work with.

Above and beyond expectations

Kayla was an excellent host. The home was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and organized. She thought of every possible detail one could want. We were in need of nothing more. She even provided games and toys to accommodate the various ages of our particular group. The location was absolutely ideal, near the wedding venue, downtown and just a couple of minutes walking distance to a coffee shop and park. A beautiful home!

Amazing property

So much to say. Location is perfect as it’s close to trails and a lovely restaurant area. Property owner was very responsive and lovely to work with. House is amazing. Very large: great basketball court and game room. Bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. Wonderful master suite. Kitchen and hang out area with coffee bar is amazing and there’s a lovely play room for the kids upstairs. The owner thought of every perfect detail. I would give this home 6 stars if I could. Best VRBO we have ever stayed at. So grateful.

We love our location and all that is walkable. We love that we have so many ensuite bedrooms and an open floor plan. We love the loft area as our kids and their cousins would have the best time playing games, putting on plays and more.
