Whether you spend your days lounging by the lake or exploring nearby attractions, Bellingham Lakefront Retreat is the ultimate destination for an unforgettable vacation - family-friendly, pet-friendly, and breathtaking lake views! The home is adjacent to Sofield Park, offering a large grassy lawn and a sandy beach perfect for relaxing and swimming - 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board are provided! Walking distance from the Marina, dog park, and a 18-hole championship golf course open to the public. Minutes from world-class mountain biking and hiking trails. There's no shortage of fun & activities here!

The Space:
The main living area offers comfortable furnishings and large windows with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the lake. Unwind in the living room with plush sofas, a SmartTV and cozy fireplace. The adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen make meal times convenient and enjoyable. The lower level offers a second living area with comfortable couches, fireplace and SmartTV - room for the whole family!

Bedrooms:
The house features four well-appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and relaxation. On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen-size bed. The lower level you’ll find another queen bedroom, along with a room equipped with 2 bunk beds (4 twin-size beds).

Outdoor Delights:
Step through the sliding door off the kitchen/dining area to a covered deck overlooking the park and lake with a BBQ and outdoor dining table. The lower level opens up to an expansive deck that terraces down to the grassy public park and takes you all the way to the lakeshore. Take advantage of water activities like swimming, kayaking, or simply basking in the beauty of nature.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home and all the amenities the Sudden Valley community has to offer, including: lake access, marina, golf course, dog park, seasonal swimming pool (fee required), gym (fee required), BBQ gazebos, playground, tennis court, baseball diamonds, and multiple green spaces.
