Dear urban adventurer, we take security as seriously as we take our morning coffee, which is always provided here. Our spacious and cozy home is like a fortress of elegance, ADT-secured with motion sensors, surveillance, and alarms accessible from your smart device. The property provides a private garage, two driveways that hold up to 8 cars plus free street parkings, spacious enough for a family reunion. All five of our bedrooms have a unique touch to them, timeless classic pieces that blend together to provide a wonderful homey feeling away from home. This is indeed the perfect location.

Home was perfect for our family, that was in town to celebrate a wedding. The space was well laid out and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Location was perfect and there is a nice big park right down the street. Plenty of parking as well.

This was a very clean older home. It has had areas of the home that have been updated such as the kitchen which was nice. Nice large area for parking multiple vehicles. Close access to highway and quiet location in an older neighborhood. If you are looking for a quiet clean home with no frills than look no further.

Great place, clean and in great spot for our activities. Yard needed maintenance and the upstairs ac was slow but eventually got nice. Three trash bags was not enough for five days let alone for 5 women, but we were happy with the property. Very pleased with the price.

Our stay at the house in Iowa for the national speech and debate tournament was delightful. Despite being an older home, it was well-updated and impeccably clean. Accommodating five teenagers and myself, we all slept comfortably, although sharing just two bathrooms required some coordination. The proximity to downtown was a major plus, allowing us easy access to the tournament venues and local amenities. The property manager was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond by providing an extra fan for one of the rooms. Overall, our experience was excellent, thanks to the cozy accommodations, convenient location, and outstanding hospitality.

Worth Researching Before Staying

This house wasn't "bad" it just wasn't great. This pictures reflect the actual house for the most part BUT...there were some issues. Firstly, this is an older home in every way. It feels like this place only had 50% of the updates needed to not feel like it's still in the 1970's. Also, the basement was definitely creepy. Going down there to wash clothes felt like stepping back in time...also it felt like a place somewhere could be held captive. Finally, the neighborhood itself didn't feel the safest. Lots of sketchy people walking around and rough looking homes. The grass shared with the house next door hadn't been cut in a long time and it looked like a hoarder of some kind lives there. Again, I'm glad we had a place to stay but we most certainly won't be staying again.
